I got the classic custard cream for 162 yen and also decided to try the Golden Chocolate for the same price, which seemed to be the current popular item. The Golden Chocolate was new to me, and I really enjoyed the texture of the chocolate sponge and the perfect level of sweetness.

When I got home, my dad and I shared the Angel French and the Old Fashioned Uji Hojicha. The Angel French was consistently delicious, with soft dough, not-too-sweet chocolate, and whipped cream that complemented it well. The Old Fashioned Uji Hojicha, however, didn't taste like hojicha at all; it was just sweet. My dad enjoyed the Pon de Ring and said it was delicious. It had been a while since I had Mister Donut, so I wanted to try more varieties, but the options were limited in Akihabara. Despite that, the familiar taste brought back nostalgic memories. I went out alone and felt guilty for eating delicious food alone, so I bought a cheap souvenir for my beautiful but picky wife. If donuts can make her happy, then it's worth it. I bought 5 items including Angel Cream that my beautiful wife likes.

I arrived at the store 10 minutes before 3:00 PM after confirming the time when the Pierre Marcolini collaboration donuts would be sold (this time it was "twice at 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM"). There were 10 customers waiting in line for the Pierre Marcolini collaboration donuts at the store, despite the bad weather forecast. The store is located in a bustling area, but only operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The staff, mostly foreigners, provide excellent customer service with polite greetings, language use, and helpful responses to questions. The donut I tried was the Fondant Chocolat Donut, inspired by Pierre Marcolini's Bonbon Chocolat Grand Cru. The ganache cream in the center was delicious, with a rich dark chocolate flavor. However, I found the dough to be too sugary for my taste. The store also offered the Fondant Chocolat Framboise Donut, with a raspberry filling on top of the ganache, giving it a sweet and tangy flavor. The Pon de Toro Caramel Chocolat, part of the Pon de Chocolat series available until mid-March, had a strong caramel scent but the flavor was not as intense. Overall, my favorite was the Pon de Crunch Chocolat. My husband particularly enjoyed the Pon de Toro Caramel Chocolat. We look forward to trying more donuts in the future!

Sometimes, I have a craving for donuts for no reason at all. When I pass by Mister Donut, I can't help but buy some. I stopped by the store near Akihabara Station. The donuts I bought (prices including tax for takeout) are: - Strawberry Custard French 151 yen: This is usually my first choice. The dough is thin, so it feels light to eat. - Coconut Chocolate 140 yen: This one has a dense dough. The sweetness of the coconut goes well with the chocolate. - Custard Cream 129 yen: Sweet custard cream with powdered sugar on top, giving a double sweetness. - French Cruller 118 yen: I also bought a second one of these because I like the soft texture. There are always new donuts released in campaigns, as well as muffins and pies, which are also delicious, but I find myself repeatedly buying the classic donuts that have been around for a long time. I am a fan of the old-school Mister Donut. I also had a cafe au lait inside the store before leaving. I like that the cafe au lait comes with free refills!

I have been using this place for a long time. In October 2018, on a Sunday lunchtime, I went to Belsalle Akihabara for an event organized by Bandai. The location of this Mister Donut near Belsalle Akihabara was very convenient, so I used it for lunch. (Prices include 8% consumption tax) I ordered: Limited-time Hot Savory Pie - Shrimp Gratin for 237 yen, and Iced Oolong Tea for 216 yen. Savory Pie: They heat it up for you when you eat in. The main product seems to be the curry pie that is also on sale, but I wasn't in the mood for curry flavor, so I chose the shrimp gratin flavor. There were only a few shrimp pieces in it. Due to the set price, I imagine they tried various ways to enhance the shrimp flavor in the white sauce. It was a strange food with shrimp-flavored white sauce. In November 2018, a collaboration donut with Pokemon was released. I am currently obsessed with Pokemon GO, so I really wanted to try it, but Pikachu is banana-flavored. I really dislike bananas, so I don't think I can eat it... I'm very disappointed.

(2018/11/25) Visited with a friend on a sunny Sunday afternoon around 2 pm. We ordered an Angel Cream (129 yen), a Pon de Ring Red Snow (151 yen), and two cups of blended coffee (302 yen each). Everything was quite delicious. They provided hand towels as a service. The music playing was old jazz vocals, Mister Donut always plays good tunes. Impressive.
