I have visited this place many times already... It's not my regular spot, but it's just so close! Even when I'm quite drunk, I can still make it home. It's right near Tennoji Station, so it's convenient! The downside is... it might be too close? This area is developing rapidly, and even late at night, it's always bustling with young people. It's a transfer station for vocational schools, high schools, and universities, so it's always lively, and the police station is right at the station, so the public safety is not bad. This bar, "2nd Robo," is safe, secure, and wholesome. The age range of customers is from their 20s to 60s, a good mix of all ages. It's a casual and easy-to-use bar. You can see the inside of the bar through the glass from the street, making it very inviting. Depending on the day, you can tell the atmosphere of the bar just by passing by, which is very convenient for a woman visiting alone. The interior is just right, not too casual or too chic. The tropical fish tank and the bottles lined up create a cozy atmosphere. It's a bar where you can change the atmosphere flexibly, whether you want to relax or have a good time. I asked why it's called "2nd," and I was told there's a first store in Nishitanabe. I should visit there next time. I love ginger ale, so I always have my usual Moscow Mule. My partner always has his usual Gin Sonic. As for bar food, we had the usual assortment of raisins and cheese. Delicious! I've loved raisins since I was a child, and my mother used to buy raisins or prunes for me because I have anemia. She started buying different types of raisins for me because I didn't like the cheap ones she bought. Eventually, we arrived at raisins on the stem. The plumpness and juiciness of stem raisins are completely different from regular raisins. Regular raisins are sun-dried after removing the grapes from the stem one by one. To prevent the grains from sticking together, they are coated with oil. This unique oily feeling of raisins is what I don't like... In the case of stem raisins, they receive nutrients from the tree until the end, so they ripen completely. When fully ripened, fruits become sweeter and even more delicious. I've been struggling with anemia since late elementary school, but I always try to get enough iron. Lack of iron can cause not only anemia but also irritability, insomnia, dizziness, fatigue, and many other unpleasant symptoms. Women need iron, so let's make stem raisins a staple from today on! Thank you for the meal! I will visit again.
