The meat was expensive but didn't really impress me. However, the sirloin was delicious! Coating the meat before grilling is a new concept for me, usually it's done after grilling. The quality of the sirloin was excellent! The tongue, skirt steak, and seared sushi were a bit tough for the price. I don't mind spending money, but I wish they would serve better quality meat.

Once again, I was invited by my senpai to "Niku Ryori Sho", a famous yakiniku restaurant. Coming from "Akakabe" in Kokura, I couldn't eat much due to the portion size, but the meat at this restaurant is undeniably delicious! It truly lives up to its reputation as a top yakiniku spot. The prices are a bit high, but for the quality, it's worth it. Well, let's just say it's worth it because it's delicious. Thank you for the meal!

We used the sukiyaki course for our family. The service was excellent, and we were impressed by the deliciousness of the meat. While the main focus seems to be on the yakiniku course, we highly recommend trying the sukiyaki as well. We will definitely visit again.

I visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend who is a regular customer, and the staff were very friendly and created a great atmosphere. The meat was incredibly delicious and made me very happy!! The cold noodles were amazing, with a great texture!! I recommend them as a perfect way to finish your meal! The steak was also great. The meat was tender and I highly recommend it!

The atmosphere was great and I was able to try horse meat, which is a rare cut. It had high-quality fat and a deep red color, perfect for enjoying with beer.

Visited for lunch and sat at the steakhouse-style counter. Ordered the stone bibimbap set meal for 800 yen, which seemed to be the healthiest and lowest in calories on the lunch menu. Estimated around 700-800 calories. The sizzling sound and steam rising from the hot stone pot were promising signs. Mixed the ingredients quickly while the pot was still hot, allowing the crispy rice crust to form at the bottom. Started eating from the top and saved the crust for last. The bibimbap was filled with mountain vegetables, including delicious warabi. The atmosphere of the restaurant was upscale, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on the 23rd. Will revisit soon if time allows.
Visited the newly opened "Sho" last year for lunch. Ordered the most expensive item, the steak lunch for 1580 yen, but opted for the special wagyu steak for 1500 yen as recommended by the staff. The sizzling hot iron plate arrived with stir-fried vegetables and a lightly seared rare steak on top. The sound of steam and the heat from the plate indicated a delicious meal. The pre-cut steak was tender and melted in the mouth, with a nice marbling. The slightly seared fat was sweet and tasty. The vegetables were cooked just right and the rice was delicious. Despite the high price for lunch, the quality of the meat was exceptional. A rare treat of delicious steak in Kurume.

The appearance of the restaurant is luxurious and clean, with a calm atmosphere. The seating is sunken kotatsu style, but it was a bit cold on the day I visited, so my feet became cold. The service was good, with a young handsome waiter who greeted us politely. I ordered the yakiniku set meal, which included chicken, pork loin, marbled wagyu beef, and a variety of vegetables. The pork was sweet and juicy when seasoned with salt, while the chicken had a strong flavor. The rice was also delicious. The yakiniku sauce was lightly sweet and soy sauce-based, complementing the meat well. The parking lot was a bit empty, which made the restaurant seem less lively. The dessert, ice cream, was not too sweet and was enjoyable. Having to take off shoes was a bit of a hassle. Overall, I wish they would increase the amount of homemade kimchi as a service gesture. Despite these minor issues, my husband and I enjoyed the food and like the restaurant.

I had been curious about this place since it opened a while ago, at the intersection where Michimachi and Meiji Street meet, in front of Gokoku Shrine, where there used to be houses and a butcher shop. The exterior of the restaurant looked high-class, but I didn't know anyone who had been there so I never had the chance to go. The other day, when I felt like eating yakiniku, I suddenly remembered this place and decided to give it a try. When I arrived, there were only 1-2 cars parked (sweat). I was led to a private room, but there were no other customers around. I had made a reservation over the phone, but it seemed unnecessary... The draft beer was average, not too cold, and the glasses were a bit small. The menu included yakiniku, shabu-shabu, and sukiyaki. I ordered a la carte because it was my first time and I didn't understand the set menu. There were premium and regular options, and I chose the regular meat, which seemed to have less fat. Each plate of meat was brought to me slowly. The grilling was done with a gas stove, like in many other places. The first plate of loin was tender and delicious, but there were only 3 pieces and I didn't get to try any. The subsequent plates of beef tongue and beef lean meat were tough and required a lot of chewing, almost to the point of jaw exercise. Perhaps they were aged too much, as they lacked flavor and were difficult for children to chew. The harami (skirt steak) and chicken meat were average. The sauce was a bit too salty and garlicky for my taste. The salt provided was not rock salt, but seemed to be sodium chloride, and it was too salty for me. Although I felt the portion was small, I didn't feel like ordering more. I probably won't be coming back again. I'll stick to my usual yakiniku place next time (laughs).

I felt like eating meat right at the beginning of the new year, but my usual restaurant was closed, so I decided to try a new place to avoid any disappointments. I ordered the special Japanese beef to play it safe. However, the meat took a long time to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. It seemed like they were thawing it after taking the order. When the meat finally arrived, it looked appetizing with marbling, but it lacked the sweetness that I expected. The portion size was decent, but both my wife and I didn't find it particularly delicious. The restaurant had a clean exterior and interior, but lacked energy. The tables were slow to be cleared, and we felt neglected. Our first dining out experience of the year was a disappointment.

I was captivated by the upscale appearance of the restaurant and decided to visit. However, upon entering, I was guided to a tatami seating area where the group next to us and across the hallway were smoking. While this may be acceptable in a casual dining setting, I expected a more refined atmosphere in a high-end establishment, with either a smoking section or better ventilation to prevent the smoke from bothering non-smoking customers. The service from the female server who took our orders was disappointing as well, lacking in hospitality and proper etiquette. The lunch menu featured a steak lunch priced at 1,580 yen, which was the most expensive option. Despite the high price, I decided to order it to avoid any regrets later on. While waiting for our food, I noticed signs for "Hakata Wagyu" and "Saga Beef" in the garden outside, which raised my expectations. The salad and soup that came first were decent, but the biggest letdown was the steak itself. It was tough and cut into small cubes that were difficult to chew. For the price, I expected a better quality of meat, perhaps USDA or Australian beef, which would have been more enjoyable. My companion also ordered the steak set, leading to minimal conversation during the meal. As we were leaving, I realized there were no shoe horns in the tatami seating area, making it challenging to put our shoes back on. I later found the shoe horns concentrated in a different area during checkout, leaving me puzzled about the lack of attention to detail. While I considered asking the staff about it, I currently have no plans to revisit the restaurant. This review may come across as harsh, but it reflects my personal experience and opinions.

Four colleagues from work visited this restaurant during lunchtime. I ordered the Wagyu steak set meal. The Wagyu steak was slightly tender and delicious, with a hint of sweetness in the meat juices that made me crave rice. It was quite tasty. In addition, we also ordered the Wagyu harami, which was slightly tender and had a subtle sweetness to it, making it quite delicious. The prices were affordable, making it a steakhouse that you can casually visit. Thank you for the meal.

I found a sign for a restaurant called "Niku Ryori Sho". I tried the takeout lunch there and had the Wagyu beef bento box. The beef was delicious and the kimchi was spicy and stimulating. The rice was also tasty. Another day, I tried the hamburger bento box and it was juicy and flavorful. I enjoyed the meal and look forward to trying the steak next time by dining in at the restaurant.
