Located on the ground floor of Lumine Est inside Shinjuku Station, there is a GODIVA store. It is situated in a convenient spot along a walkway, with a section for Shocolixirs and ice cream, and another section for chocolates and baked goods separated by pillars. I was craving delicious chocolates, so I bought the Gold Collection with 7 pieces. As expected from GODIVA, all the chocolates were incredibly tasty! I purchased them for home use, so I didn't get a paper bag, but they provided me with a cooling pack for safe transportation. Despite traveling by train in the heat, I was able to bring them home without any worries!

- I was told about the limited edition Chocolixir at Lumine Est Shinjuku store by a colleague at work, so I decided to stop by after work.
- I ordered the limited edition menu item, Lemonade Chocolixir in regular size (690 yen) as recommended by the staff. The large size is available for 790 yen.
- The topping of lemon jelly looks refreshing and appealing.
- I mixed the jelly, whipped cream, and shake part with a straw to drink.
- The finely crushed GODIVA white chocolate base shake mixed well with the lemonade flavor, giving it a taste and aroma similar to a lemon-infused rare cheesecake.
- It felt like eating more than one and a half pieces of rare cheesecake, so I was thoroughly satisfied with the regular size.
- I highly recommend this dessert for cheesecake and white chocolate lovers.
- Despite being a popular GODIVA store, the Lumine Est Shinjuku store seems to be somewhat hidden near the east exit of Shinjuku station.
- Despite the location, there are several great points about this store, such as a variety of Chocolixir menu options, a wide selection of individual chocolates, friendly staff, accepting electronic payments, and allowing exchange for electronic tickets like LINE gifts.
- The store is open from 11:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 10:30 to 21:00 on weekends.
- Note that the Odakyu Ace store on the west side of Shinjuku station is a permanent store but does not offer Chocolixir, so be mindful of that.

I passed by this store when I was in the Shinjuku station area! It seems to be a permanent store, but I wonder when it opened? Since there is no mention of the opening date on Tabelog, I assume it must have opened recently. It was crowded probably due to the season, but since I was there, I decided to treat myself (sorry for being a troublesome customer). There seemed to be more male customers. They didn't have items like Chocolixir when I visited. They had some rare chocolates for White Day, but they were not sold individually (come to think of it, there are hardly any stores selling chocolates individually these days). So, I bought the "Dark Chocolate Cookies (5 pieces)" which is relatively affordable within Godiva's range, although it is more expensive compared to Country Ma'am cookies (comparing might be wrong ^^;). I paid with Rakuten Pay since they accepted various payment methods. It felt like I got some points in return. The expiration date is about 3 months, so I will enjoy them slowly. The taste is familiar, as I have had chocolates like this in gift tins before. The cookie is thin like Langue de Chat (but harder) with chocolate sandwiched in between. Despite being dark chocolate, it's not too bitter because of the cookie, and it tastes delicious! I don't use Shinjuku station regularly, but it's convenient location-wise, perfect for when you crave something sweet. It's also great for gifts. There's no one who would dislike receiving this, it's a solid and classic treat!
