When I passed by, I suddenly saw cute Halloween donuts, so I couldn't resist buying them. They had custard and chocolate cream inside, making them the perfect sweet treat when craving something sweet. Marui Kichijoji, on the first floor, I found Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. There seemed to be other Krispy Kreme locations in Kichijoji as well. I purchased the Original Glazed for around 170 yen. It was fluffy and moist. The unique texture of Krispy Kreme's dough is distinctive and cannot be imitated by others. Overall, it is coated with sugar, but it has a nice level of sweetness.

On July 21, 2021, the second Krispy Kreme Doughnuts store opened in Kichijoji. The new store is located on the first floor of the Marui Kichijoji store, near the south exit of Kichijoji Station. There is also another store located near the north exit of the station, across from Copis Kichijoji store. The Marui Kichijoji store has seating available for customers. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is a doughnut and coffee store that originated in the United States in 1937, with around 1,500 stores in 30 countries worldwide. They offer high-quality doughnuts made from a secret recipe, with their signature Original Glazed being a popular choice. The store also serves specialty coffee. Customers can visit the store, purchase their favorite doughnuts, and enjoy them in the seating area. The store is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from the north exit of Kichijoji Station, on the first floor of Marui Kichijoji store. The store has 10 seats available for customers, and I tried the limited-time Azarashi Custard doughnut, which was delicious. Congratulations on the opening of the new store!

There was also a set with 3 donuts and 2 drinks. In the end, I decided to buy the original glazed donut because plain is always the best. There are often many cute limited-time donuts that are tempting, but oh well...
