Well, as the title suggests, it's a bakery inside "Al" Plaza. I wonder if it's affiliated with Al Plaza? It seems like there are similar bakeries everywhere. The bread here has clear ingredient labels, which would be helpful for children with allergies. I bought some of my favorite hard breads. I chose a French bread with ham and a bread with cheese inside. I warmed up the one with cheese and enjoyed it with wine. The one with ham was eaten by my family, so I couldn't get their feedback. Overall, I think the bread is delicious and reasonably priced.

3rd visit (April 29, 2013)
6. Chewy Camembert Wiener (280 yen) ... ☆3.5 (Perfect match of wiener and cheese)
7. Winged Potato Mentaiko France (210 yen) ... ☆5.0 (The whole potato with skin and mentaiko were a perfect match, very delicious) (It was surprising to find the potato in a solid form) (Just to clarify, it is not a whole potato but cut into pieces)
2nd visit, additional delicious bread (July 3, 2012)
3. Double Cheese Fondue (round and brown, 120 yen) ... ○
4. Hakata Mentaiko France (mentaiko from Hakata, 260 yen) ... ◎
5. Curry bread using salt koji (160 yen) ... ○
Located in Al Plaza (Heiwado) in Tsuda, Hirakata City, this bakery from the Fuji Pan Group seems to have changed recently. You can try samples on Sundays. Two items that impressed me were:
1. Four Cheese Fondue (oval and brown, 210 yen) ... ◎
2. White bread with cheese and yogurt (130 yen) ... ○
I personally liked the Cheese Fondue (with rich cream cheese inside), while my wife and kids preferred the white bread with cheese and yogurt (slightly sour and sweet). It seems to be gaining popularity and attracting more customers.
