However, it was difficult to find a restaurant open or with available seats due to the current situation. Then I remembered this place where I had a delicious delivery last year, so I called and they had availability for a same-day reservation. The restaurant, specializing in black beef, has been in business for 34 years and is open year-round. The restaurant has multiple branches, and the one I visited had private rooms and a spacious entrance. We took off our shoes at the shoe rack and were guided to our room, which had a sunken kotatsu-style table. They provided a tablet for ordering, along with condiments. I ordered a non-alcoholic beer in a jug and a variety of beef cuts without looking at the prices, just choosing my family member's favorites. The quality of the black beef was exceptional, and we had a relaxing time as we wanted to spend time with just our family. Normally, the restaurant closes at 11 pm, but it seemed to close at 8 pm due to the current situation. We had a peaceful time without any disturbances, and it was a great place for a group to enjoy a leisurely meal.

All private rooms, so it's reassuring in these times. The lunch menu here is great, even the yakiniku is a good deal and highly recommended. But my friend said, "I like yakiniku, but I don't like having to cook it myself every time," and I said, "Then I'll try the hamburger steak that I've been curious about." My friend ordered the teppanyaki meat set. There are many lunches for less than 1000 yen that don't require a grill, and you can have unlimited refills of salad, rice, miso soup or soup, which is really a good deal (am I only talking about deals?). Add salt and pepper to the soup to adjust the flavor to your liking. The chicken was tender, but I couldn't taste much flavor in the soup. ⚫ Upper Kalbi lunch for 1480 yen ★3.5 Comes with rice (you can choose multigrain rice), miso soup (you can also choose wakame soup), and delicious kimchi. ⚫ Chicken steak for 980 yen ★2.8 The chicken was overcooked and dry. Two out of the three dishes were a bit disappointing. Thank you for the meal.

I went with a friend and ordered a luxurious course, but the portion was not very large! If two young men go, I don't recommend the course too much, but the taste of the meat was delicious! If you want to eat delicious meat for a date or something, I recommend it!

We visited the restaurant as a family. It is a clean and lovely place. However, I am an old-fashioned person who believes in a certain order for serving dishes, so please ignore me if you don't like that. I think for yakiniku, the order should be salt-grilled, then with sauce, and finally with miso (spicy). But they bring the meat in the order they cut it, so the table gets crowded. Just a playful comment, please don't take it seriously. It's such a nice restaurant, after all!

After attending a talk show at Aeon Style Sasaochia, I happened to come across this place while walking to Ropponmatsu (I thought it was closer...). I thought it was only open for dinner, but they also serve lunch. I arrived a little after 1 pm and was able to get a seat easily. There was a reasonably priced menu for 1,000 yen, but I wanted to try the Kalbi lunch set for 1,200 yen to see what kind of meat they offered. I chose the "Chisha" (marinated beef), "multi-grain rice", and "wakame seaweed soup" as my sides. I was pleased that I could choose these options. Even though it was a busy Saturday, my food was served in about 5 minutes. The meat looked beautiful! I got excited while grilling it, and when I dipped it in miso sauce and topped it with spicy miso and rolled it in chisha, it was so delicious! The kimchi was tasty, and the salad was a nice addition. Overall, it was great value for 1,200 yen! However, I think white rice would have been a better match for this dish. I slightly regret my choice. But overall, I was very satisfied. I wish I had come here sooner!

On Tanabata, we went on a planetarium date and heard the legend of Tanabata. There was a diligent weaver princess named Orihime who worked hard at weaving. She was introduced to a young cowherd named Hikoboshi by the gods, and the two of them lived happily together, neglecting their duties. As a result, Orihime stopped weaving, and Hikoboshi stopped taking care of his cows, which became thin and sick. The gods, angered by this, forbade the two from meeting. They became depressed and unable to work. Eventually, the gods allowed them to meet once a year on Tanabata if they worked diligently. Upon hearing this story, my girlfriend commented, "Aren't their personalities a bit strange?" and I replied, "Well, the poor cow was suffering..." We decided to have dinner and opted for a yakiniku restaurant with private rooms. We ordered the 7000 yen couple course, which included drinks, salad, kimchi, meat, bibimbap, and dessert. The meat was delicious, and we were very satisfied with the meal. My girlfriend added white rice to her meal, and I enjoyed a Biwa highball, which was sweet and recommended for those who like sweeter drinks.

Having a private room is great because even with small children, you can eat without feeling too stressed. They offer unlimited sliced cabbage and a choice of multigrain rice, which is a nice touch for women. The taste of the meat and sauces is average, with a typical chain restaurant feel, but the menu is extensive and they have a variety of desserts that kids will enjoy. It's been a while since I had lunch at Seikoen☆ This is a chain restaurant with several locations in Fukuoka city. The fact that all the tables are in private rooms is really convenient. If you go around 12 o'clock, it's quite crowded. Many customers come with children for lunch because of the private rooms. Even though it's a yakiniku restaurant, they have a wide variety of lunch menu items ranging from 670 yen to 900 yen, with a total of 18 options. There's tofu stew, black wagyu beef bowl, pork bowl, takkarubi set meal, stone bibimbap set meal, hamburger set meal, and more. This is also part of the popularity of this place, I guess^^ My husband and I had the Seikoen lunch for 1320 yen and the special selected yakiniku lunch for 1720 yen. You can get refills of rice (white rice or 10-grain rice) and wakame soup. Salad is included. The meat was served together so we were guessing which one was for the Seikoen lunch and which one was the special selected one while grilling (lol). My uncle wanted to eat horumon, so my mother-in-law, husband, and I went out for a meal together. We ordered one serving each of different meat dishes like top sirloin, salted tongue, thick-cut tongue, top kalbi, maruchiku, horumon, and negi healthy kalbi. The top sirloin was amazing! It was so tender and cooked perfectly over charcoal. However, it was a bit pricey at ¥2600. The thick-cut tongue had a richer flavor compared to the other tongue dishes. The maruchiku was great for those who like a rich taste. The horumon with miso sauce was a hit with my husband, who had been eating it since he was a child. We ended up getting seconds. As for me, it was my first time trying horumon, and I loved its texture and taste. The negi healthy kalbi was good too, but be careful not to overcook it. For side dishes, we had kimchi, stone bibimbap, cold noodles, and egg soup, each in one serving. The kimchi was delicious with just the right amount of sourness. The stone bibimbap could have used a bit more crispy rice on the bottom, but the namul on top was tasty. The cold noodles could have been a bit more refreshing in flavor for my liking. I heard they also have grilled shabu shabu, so I'd like to try that next time. Even though they weren't with us this time, I'd like to come back with my kids in the future! I visited Yakiniku Koshokuen for the first time. We ordered Family Set B for 6280 yen, Salted Tongue for 980 yen, Harami for 1200 yen, Seafood Assortment for 1040 yen, Sesame Salt Salad for 540 yen, and Tomato Salad for 540 yen. The Family Set came with soup and rice, which was meant for 4 people but we were only 3, so we got extra soup and rice. We also ordered Grilled Vegetables Assortment for 540 yen. The meat came with soy sauce and miso sauce for dipping, and when we ordered tongue, lemon and sesame oil were provided. For dessert, I had the Sweet Orange Tofu Pudding for 380 yen, my husband had the Black Sesame Parfait for 500 yen, and my daughter had the Soft Bean Sundae for 380 yen. It was a satisfying dinner experience.

The tongue was incredibly tender and delicious! My boyfriend had the negi (green onion) rice, which was also very tasty. They were running a campaign this month where you could get 1.5 times the amount of a single item, so I added some extra kalbi (short rib) and ended up very satisfied and full after a delicious lunch!

We tried the lunch set menu, and the Seikaen Lunch included a variety of meats like pork, beef ribs, chicken thigh, sausages, and a vegetable platter. The Beef Tongue set had thick, beautiful slices of beef tongue, 5 pieces in total! My sister and I opted for the value pair lunch, which included Healthy Kalbi, Kalbi, Pork Kalbi, sausage, and a vegetable platter. The portions were generous and the meats were delicious, especially the Kalbi which had just the right amount of marbling and sweetness. We enjoyed wrapping the Pork Kalbi in lettuce. At 1240 yen per person, it was quite a deal. Each set came with rice, salad, kimchi, and soup. With a coupon, we also got complimentary soft drinks, and the rice portion was generous, leaving us feeling satisfied. It was a very fulfilling lunch experience!

The other day, my mom, dad, two older sisters, one sister's husband, and their child came to visit me in my apartment. We decided to have dinner at Seikaen in Umekoen for the first time. Seikaen has private rooms which are great for dining with young children. The Tan Shio (beef tongue with salt) was thick and flavorful, and the Bibimbap was also good. However, I was a bit bothered by the attitude of the staff, but overall the taste was good so I recommend it. Apologies, I didn't take any photos.

From Rokubonmatsu, it takes about 5 minutes by car to reach the restaurant in the direction of Mount Abura (south). The parking lot is spacious. After climbing the stairs from the parking lot, there is a large waiting area where you can relax on the sofa if there is a short wait. Since you have to take off your shoes before entering the restaurant, it might be better for women not to wear boots. The quality of the meat matches the price. The raw meat dishes like Yukhoe and liver sashimi are fresh and delicious. The staff is quick to respond, making it suitable for entertaining or parties. The private rooms offer a stylish view of the outside scenery.
