I went to Namba Takashimaya's Namba Dining Maison without deciding on a restaurant, just came in casually. Every restaurant looked attractive, but my heart was leaning towards the robatayaki direction. I arrived at the restaurant right at 5:00 when it opened and was able to get a seat with availability. Here's what I ordered: - Kitano Homare Junmai Daiginjo 1 cup 1080 yen - Appetizer: Tofu and raw yuba with ginger sauce - Raw sea urchin and raw yuba sashimi 1880 yen - Bonito tataki with ponzu sauce 1180 yen - Dried squid with lemon and spicy mayonnaise 580 yen - Abalone with liver soy sauce 1980 yen - Grilled large clams 1 piece 380 yen - Shishito peppers 480 yen - Shiitake mushrooms 580 yen - Rice wine special Junmai sake 1 cup 1580 yen - Grilled black beef sirloin 3500 yen - Rolled omelette with Ranou egg 700 yen - Small grilled rice balls 2 pieces 700 yen - Tatsuriki Hiden Tamakae Special Honjozo Sake small serving 1000 yen For dessert, I had homemade rich pudding for 500 yen. The atmosphere was elegant and there was a sense of luxury. The service was excellent and the social distancing measures were well in place. The robatayaki restaurant on the top floor of Namba Takashimaya's Namba Dining Maison had a high-class feel and a welcoming atmosphere. The window-side tables must offer a great view.

During our shopping trip, my husband and I stopped by for tempura as per his request. I had sea bream rice, which was incredibly delicious. The bonito was also very juicy and tasty. It was enjoyable to see the view of Minami from the window.

There were counter seats and table seats. The interior of the restaurant was dimly lit, but the windows in the back were spacious. The rice before eating the sea bream tea pickles was sea bream rice. The sea bream rice was delicious. The sashimi and other dishes were also decently tasty. However, the broth served with the sea bream tea pickles didn't seem like broth or tea, but more like hot water.

We decided to visit Namba Walk and Namba Station before 11:00 PM, believing the sign that said they were open until then. We took the elevator to the 7th to 9th floors and found that about half of the shops were already closed. We asked a shop that was still open until what time, and they said 9:30 PM. It was already exactly 9:30 PM! We decided to stay and ordered sashimi, grilled pork belly, dried mackerel, fried chicken, and grilled rice balls. We also ordered beer. We enjoyed the food, but we had to eat quickly due to the limited time. We felt rushed and the service was a bit lacking, but overall the food was delicious. We hurried to catch our train home after finishing our meal.

The fourth visit was to Sato-san's Robata at Namba Takashimaya 9th floor. The appetizers were conger eel and tuna sashimi, grilled ayu with salt, and grilled corn. The main dishes were beef tendon and eggplant sake dish with cream cheese, salted squid, fried tofu with plum crystal, sea bream rice ball, and rice tea soup. The dessert was sherbet, and it was a great satisfaction with all-you-can-drink included. Thank you for the feast.

It was raining, so I went straight to Takashimaya from the station. The upper floors have a restaurant area, and around 12:30, there weren't many people. I peeked in and it seemed like I could get a table, so I decided to try this restaurant. I thought it might be a high-end restaurant based on the prices, but it was more like an izakaya. They had 12 different dishes, and each one was delicious. The set came with rice and miso soup, and everything was quite tasty, especially the salmon and braised pork. It turned out to be quite a luxurious lunch. Thank you for the meal!

This is a Japanese sake-focused restaurant on the 9th floor of Namba Takashimaya in Osaka. All the dishes were delicious, but it felt like the serving time was a bit long. I thought the price of the egg over rice was a bit high, but it turned out to have salmon roe and flying fish roe on top. It was a rice bowl with fish roe. I didn't drink any sake this time, but the food alone was satisfying enough in taste.

I made a reservation for 11:00 and visited for lunch. I ordered the Sea Bream Rice Set. The seasoning was on the stronger side to complement the sake. You can have the leftover sea bream as tea pickles. I wanted to eat the sea bream rice as it is, so I asked for white rice and turned it into sea bream tea pickles.

One evening, I suddenly remembered and made a solo online reservation through Tabelog for Nuru Kan Sato on the 9th floor of Namba Takashimaya Grand Maison, for the third time. I was seated at the same counter seat as before. I had reserved the 5000 yen course with all-you-can-drink including local sake on weekdays. The course included appetizers, seared bonito, roast beef, simmered sea bream and its roe, spring vegetable tempura, side dishes, mixed rice, and miso soup. For drinks, I had 2 glasses of draft beer, and local sakes from Wakayama and Nara. I will definitely come back again.

Located on the 9th floor of Namba Takashimaya, Rotei no Satou is in a convenient and calm location. I visited Namba after a long time for a reunion with my classmates. We reserved a course meal with all-you-can-drink for 6,000 yen. The drink options were not extensive, but the selected sake from Miyagi, Ura-Kasumi, was good. We started with a toast with Pilsner beer, and then the heavy drinkers in the group stuck to that. I opted for plum wine on the rocks. The meal consisted of 7 dishes from appetizers to the main rice dish, and while the portions were a bit small, the flavors and freshness were excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was quiet and calm, allowing for good conversation. Overall, I think it's a high-quality robatayaki restaurant. It was a great opportunity to catch up with old friends. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

On weekdays, there is a plan for all-you-can-drink 15 types of sake, with dishes that go well with the alcohol and have a satisfying volume. Everything was delicious without any disappointments!! And the all-you-can-drink sake was great, I was able to try up to 12 different kinds. I drank too much, so I forgot to take photos of the food and drinks in the second half, which is a shame. The staff was lively and engaging in conversation, providing great service. I really liked it and it's now one of my favorite places. The location by the window was also good, making it suitable for a date night.

Sato at the Robata grill on the 9th floor of Namba Takashimaya. I made a reservation through Tabelog for a solo year-end party with an all-you-can-drink course for ¥6000 (tax included). The restaurant has a calm atmosphere. I was seated at a counter seat in front of the chef. The table seats on the other side of the kitchen have a good view by the window. The dishes, such as seared buri, crab ankake dashimaki, a large kaki fry with a variety of oysters, and other great dishes for drinking, were unexpected for an all-you-can-drink course. I had a pleasant time getting pleasantly drunk at my solo year-end party.

The Colorful set meal includes 12 different small dishes, and it comes with white rice, but I asked to change it to sea bream rice for an additional fee. It's nice to have a variety of small dishes. From firefly squid to bonito tataki, meat tataki, and well-cooked tempura, the balance is good. The bonito tataki was not only fresh but also delicious. The taste and composition were heartwarming. I like this kind of meal. The sea bream rice set includes the famous sea bream tea pickles. I had a little taste, and it was indeed delicious. This is also good. I went there for the first time in December 2020. It's a really good restaurant. Located on the 9th floor of Namba Takashimaya Dining, the location is very convenient. We had a course meal with all-you-can-drink option, starting with three types of appetizers that were carefully prepared. The daikon simmered in yuzu had a distinct yuzu flavor, and the dashi broth was very refreshing. The roast beef was delicious. The tai fish grilled in miso on a magnolia leaf, tempura, and assorted fried items were skillfully made. The scallop tempura was perfectly cooked with a slight rawness that was tasty. The tai fish wrapped in a magnolia leaf and grilled was moist and delicious. The additional order of large clams was also delicious. The croquettes were hot and tasty. The side vegetables were also very delicious, crispy, fresh, and beautifully colored. They offer a variety of sake. It's a sister store to Nuru Kan Sato in Umeda Grand Front, but I think Rokko Sato is even better. Unlike a typical robatayaki restaurant with a small counter in front of the grill, Rokko Sato has a spacious counter and tables where you can dine while watching the cooking in the glass-walled kitchen. The service was efficient and pleasant. I definitely want to go back again.

Today, we had a gathering to celebrate the new year. Four of us taxi driver friends went to the Namba Dining Maison on the 9th floor to try out Sato Osaka Namba, a teppanyaki restaurant. It was a nice izakaya with a great view from the window-side table we were seated at. The food was of good quality and they had a variety of drinks available. I didn't even know such a place existed. It felt more like a high-class izakaya than just a teppanyaki restaurant. Sitting at the counter might give a different impression. It was a great experience!

Visited with a friend who loves sake. Located on the 9th floor of Takashimaya Osaka in Namba. We usually drink chilled sake at a standing bar in Namba, but decided to sit down and relax for a change. This restaurant serves sake at the perfect temperature. We enjoyed Roppongi Atsukan and Sato's branch. Started with a refreshing cold sake and then had warm sake in a tin pot, as well as chilled sake. The appetizer was prosciutto and marinated egg yolks. We ordered a sashimi platter, grilled shrimp, salmon belly, and fried chicken. Everything was delicious.

On my day off, I treated myself to a daytime drink. I couldn't resist when I saw this poster on a Saturday evening at 4 o'clock. Yes, I love alcohol, so I fell for it. It's at "Robata Sato" in Takashimaya Dining Maison in Namba, Osaka, and it's irresistible. So, we visited the restaurant and were seated by the window where we could enjoy the view of Osaka city bathed in the evening sun while having a toast with a draft beer! The restaurant offers premium draft beer, and we started with a "Chef's assorted sashimi platter" featuring salmon, mackerel, sea bream, firefly squid, and amberjack. The thick slices were full of flavor. This made me crave sake, and the restaurant had a great selection of Japanese sake. We decided to try a set of three different sakes from Shizuoka, Wakayama, and Hiroshima. It was a fun experience to pair the sakes with the sashimi. We also had horse sashimi, which was tender and delicious. Next, we tried the "Hokkaido potato croquette," which was surprisingly tasty. We also enjoyed the "Steamed clams with daiginjo sake" and the perfectly grilled "Salmon belly." For dessert, we had the "Fish roe festival over rice," which was topped with ikura, caviar, and tobiko. It was a luxurious and satisfying way to end the meal. The restaurant's high-quality dishes and ambiance truly made it a top-notch izakaya. I look forward to coming back to enjoy the seasonal flavors.
