Visited "Dashi ga Inochi no Shio Ramen Gyogyogyo Namba Parks Store" at Namba Parks. Ordered the super rich fish white broth ramen for 1,080 yen. The soup was thick and rich with a blend of fish and chicken flavors. Topped with various condiments, two types of chashu, and straight noodles, the ramen was delicious and satisfying. The clean interior of the store had a touch panel for ordering and accepted electronic payments, giving a modern feel to the place.

A light and refreshing salt ramen made with a fish base. It has a concentrated flavor of bonito and dried sardines, giving it more of a fish ramen feel than a salt ramen. The side dishes included baby corn and green peas, which added a unique flavor and concept. My companion had the tonkotsu ramen, which I tried a bite of, and found it to be quite rich with a noticeable collagen feel in the soup. I would like to come back and try another ramen dish.

I visited for lunch. I ordered the super pork bone broth with a richness level of 8. The thin noodles were not too heavy, and I enjoyed them. Ramen is becoming quite expensive, over 1000 yen nowadays. It's because it's in the Parks area. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal!

Gyo gyo gyo! I visited for lunch and ordered the soy sauce ramen (1000 yen). The taste was neither good nor bad, nothing particularly noteworthy. The portion size was slightly larger, which was satisfying. It's just an average ramen place in a shopping mall. They have a happy hour with cheap drinks, so it might be nice for a casual drink. Gyo gyo gyo!

The chashu was made from tuna cheek meat, light and full of flavor! The soup had a strong depth of flavor from a combination of dried fish, kombu, dried shiitake mushrooms, and 6 types of seafood umami components. Despite being a light salt ramen, the soup had a rich flavor, the thin noodles had a good texture, and it was delicious and easy for anyone to enjoy. It was a ramen with a strong seafood umami flavor. #ramen

Dashi is the essence of this salt ramen at Gyogyogyo-san. It has a rich double soup made from chicken and seafood. The broth is clear yet full of flavor and easy to drink. The noodles are firm and chewy, providing a satisfying texture. The chashu is marinated chicken thigh and seared tuna cheek, both unique and delicious. Yummy.

I had salt ramen and grilled rice balls. The salt ramen had a strong flavor and the noodles were the type I like. It had tuna as a topping, but personally, I prefer pork chashu over fish. The grilled rice balls were served with broth and were very filling even into the night. It was delicious.

On a holiday afternoon, my wife and I went to Namba for shopping. We decided to have lunch at Namba Parks first. We wanted to have burgers at Kua Aina, but there was a long line, so we ended up going to a restaurant suggested by my wife. When we entered, there were a few people in line, but no one had written their name on the board. We asked the staff if we needed to write our name, and finally got a response. We ordered the Niboshi Black Soy Sauce Ramen (¥1000) and the Super Rich Fish White Soup Ramen (¥1080) with a grilled rice ball set (+¥190). The ramen prices were quite high, but we were used to it. While waiting for the ramen, we found pepper on the table and asked the staff about it. It turned out to be pepper. The Niboshi ramen had black soup with pork belly, sakura shrimp, and green onions, while the Super Rich ramen had a thick white soup with rare pork, pork belly, and new sprouts. We also enjoyed the grilled rice ball set. The ramen was delicious, but the service was not very friendly, which was disappointing. The high prices for ramen made us prefer the cheaper local Chinese ramen with dumplings. Later that night, we went to our usual sushi restaurant, but I still felt a bit bloated from the ramen. I guess I'm more suited for affordable local Chinese food than expensive high-end ramen.

This place, which previously had a Michelin Bib Gourmand, is about a 7-minute walk from Namba Station. This time, I ordered the salt ramen, which had a flavorful seafood broth with a hidden ingredient of female stock? It was delicious! The toppings included young corn, snow peas, and tuna cheek meat, all of which were tasty. I recommend getting the rice set and turning it into ochazuke - it's really delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Located on the 6th floor of Namba Parks, there is a unique ramen shop called "Dashigame no Shio Ramen Gyogyogyo" that offers a salt ramen with tuna meat instead of the usual chashu. They use tuna cheek meat for a light and meaty texture. They also have a tuna cheek meat bowl set. The shop seems to be focused on promoting tuna. The salt ramen costs 900 yen, and the tuna cheek meat bowl set costs 330 yen.

I went to a ramen restaurant on the 6th floor of Namba Parks. The name is unique, or rather, literal. It was 2 pm for lunch, so the restaurant was empty. Still, there were 3 groups of people there. I sat at a table in the back and saw a touch panel next to me, which seemed to be used for ordering. You have to scroll all the way down to see the different ramen options. It was a bit confusing for me. However, I ordered the salt ramen, as the restaurant's name suggests. It arrived in 5 minutes. The soup was delicious, with a chicken-like flavor and hints of seafood and bonito. At first, the saltiness was strong, but as I kept eating, it became less noticeable. The noodles were medium thickness and chewy. The toppings were varied and interesting, with a piece of chicken, seared tuna, mekabu, snow peas, baby corn, and two types of green onions. It was a satisfying meal, and I could tell they put effort into it. Thank you for the meal.

I went to try it because it was featured in Bib Gourmand for 2 years. The restaurant's name emphasizes the importance of dashi, so I had high expectations, but unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my taste preferences. It may not be something worth mentioning.

On a regular day around 1:00 PM. It was not crowded.
Namba Parks Ramen Shop
Spacious store with relaxed table seating and counter seating.
Ordering is done via touch panel at the table.
- Tonkotsu Ramen with Intense Flavor Level 8, 1000 yen
Noodles: 4.0 Delicious. Thin noodles with a good texture, really liked it.
Soup: 4.0 Very delicious. Rich and slightly thick, pairs well with the noodles. Perfect saltiness.
Chashu (pork slices): 3.0 Pretty average.
Comes with a boiled egg for 1000 yen. Didn't need the egg, so it would have been nice if there was an option without it. Thanks for the meal.

In September of the 4th year of Reiwa, the opening hours are from 11:00 to 23:00. The "Shio Ramen" is priced at 900 yen, and the seasonal mixed rice set is 180 yen. This ramen features a delicate depth of flavor from a combination of carefully selected seafood soup and long-simmered chicken bone soup. The set mixed rice, with its sticky ingredients and dashi soy sauce, pairs well and is a delicious dish.

Dash is the key to life at Gyogyogyo Namba Parks. Dash is life's salt ramen and refreshing taste of tuna cheek meat bowl. A refreshing ramen with a good combination of vegetables and tuna chashu. Lunch after shopping at Parks. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I want to go again. It's delicious. #Gyogyogyo #ramen #Osaka ramen #Osaka gourmet #Namba gourmet #Namba Parks

The shop sells salt ramen, but I ended up ordering the shoyu ramen instead. Each table has an order tablet, so you can place your order quickly. The ramen arrived in just 5 minutes, and the soup had a strong flavor of dried bonito without any bitterness. The soup had a slight sweetness and a slightly stronger soy sauce taste. The noodles were medium thickness and had a good chewy texture that paired well with the soup. The thick chashu (pork slices) were delicious, along with komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), green onions, white onions, and sakura shrimp. There was also nametake (seasoned mushrooms) for some reason, which was a bit unexpected. Overall, the ramen was very delicious. I will try the salt ramen next time. Thank you for the meal.

It's been a while since I wanted to slurp some noodles... I visited this place which is open all day and had not been to before♪(´ε` ) I've been to their locations in Honmachi and Sekime before, but this new store in Namba Parks is a first for me♪(´ε` ) It's located on the 6th floor of Namba Parks in a corner, so I got a little lost... (´ε` ) Haha. The interior has a nice and clean atmosphere with a counter and tables. It was not too crowded, so I chose to sit at a table♪(´ε` ) You order using a tablet on the table, which was a new experience for me♪ I decided to go for the chicken white broth salt dipping noodles, and then waited for a bit♪ The dipping sauce was quite thick with a flavorful chicken and fish taste. On the dipping sauce side, there were green onions and chopped purple onions floating. On the noodle side, there were some slightly grilled chashu, mitsuba, and a slice of lemon as toppings♪ The noodles were medium thickness, served at room temperature, and easy to slurp up♪ Personally, I felt the saltiness was a bit strong... I added the cut lemon halfway through for a refreshing taste♪ At the end, I asked for a hot water refill and they served it piping hot♪ Next time, I'll try something more basic♪(´ε` ) Thank you for the meal♪(*´ω`*)(Visited for the first time on 08/07/2022) 131 bowls [ramen: 101, dipping noodles: 26, others: 4]

This ramen shop is in the same group as Concentration 8, but this was my first visit. They had the same ramen options, and this time I ordered a rich white broth type. The service was quick, the soup was thick and flavorful, and the noodles were well-cooked. It was not bad, but maybe a bit pricey at 980 yen. The interior of the shop was calm and stylish, and orders were taken on a tablet.

It's too hot outside, so if you're going to eat ramen, it's better to do it inside a building! This place offers a refreshing and smooth ramen with a good throat sensation, including young corn and chicken chashu. It was delicious even in the heat. The salt ramen with a rich broth is a must-try. Thank you for the meal!

The restaurant "Dashigamei no Shio Ramen Gyogyogyo Namba Parks" is located on the 6th floor of the restaurant floor at Namba Parks. It used to be in Honmachi before. This was my first visit since they moved. The stylish and spacious interior with a sense of cleanliness suits the location well, and it feels more spacious and relaxed compared to the Honmachi store. I tried the default salt ramen. True to its name "Dashigamei no Shio," it has an elegant flavor without any off-flavors. The balance of chicken and seafood flavors is harmonious. The noodles are supple and glossy thin noodles, and the toppings include chicken thigh meat, tuna cheek meat chashu, snap peas, and baby corn, which are colorful and refined.
