The sofa and table have a luxurious feel. It was easy to enjoy a leisurely lunch. The A5 Wagyu beef had beautiful marbling in the sirloin and short rib cuts. The fat was light and satisfying. The stylish dishes added to the appeal of the meat.

(2022.12.11) I had been interested in visiting "Yakiniku Seika," which opened in July, as they offer reasonably priced Kyushu-produced Wagyu beef, including Saga beef and Oita Wagyu, in the 5th grade class. I finally decided to visit for lunch since I couldn't find the opportunity to go. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of a commercial building near the Haruyoshi intersection on the Kokutai Road, easily recognizable as Lawson is on the 1st floor. However, the elevator hall was dimly lit, making me hesitate a bit, but once I entered the restaurant, it felt like stepping into a different world. The luxurious interior was inherited from the closed yakiniku restaurant "Jojoen" from 7-8 years ago, which was impressive. For lunch, I tried the "Wagyu Yaki Sukigyu Don," which consisted of thinly sliced beef for sukiyaki. The meat had a nice frost on it, offering a tender texture and the sweet richness of the fat. However, the meat was cut into bite-sized pieces, reducing the essence of sukiyaki, and there was a small amount of sauce, leaving the rice mainly flavored by the topped egg yolk. I also ordered the "Jotan Shio" as they seemed confident in their beef tongue. Unlike many places that serve frozen or chilled tongue, here it was presented as fresh meat. I carefully grilled it until one side was crispy and the other side was lightly seared, resulting in a crunchy yet tender texture and a flavorful taste. The tongue was enhanced by the salt sauce provided, which added depth to the flavor. Overall, it was a delightful experience that made me appreciate the deliciousness of the dishes.

I came to Fukuoka for work and went to a yakiniku restaurant near the hotel. Although we were a large group, the food took quite a while to arrive, with appetizers coming before drinks. It was probably because the restaurant was busy, but all the meat dishes were very delicious.

They offer two types of beef: top grade and special grade, but no regular grade beef, so the top grade beef here is equivalent to the regular grade beef at other restaurants. Considering this, it may be slightly overpriced. The dipping sauce is quite sweet, so I recommend using salt for those who prefer a stronger salty flavor. The interior of the restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere, with menu items that look good for social media. Consider what you prioritize when choosing a restaurant.

I had the daily three kinds of meat platter (1,980 yen excluding tax) and it was delicious. However, regardless of the quality of the meat, I feel like I wouldn't be able to come here casually for lunch unless the three kinds of meat platter was priced at 1,500 yen.

The wagyu beef skewers were incredibly delicious. The atmosphere seemed fancy but it was actually very affordable. They also offer lunch, so I definitely want to go back to this restaurant.
