The ramen here is delicious, but I also recommend trying the pork bowl! It has a nice crispy texture and juiciness, which pairs well with the ramen. I will definitely order this combination again next time I visit.

I eat ramen in Nihonbashi. First, I enter the restaurant. When I sit down, I am told to buy a food ticket. They don't lend out the restroom. The tea is weak barley tea. The tissue box is empty. The staff don't pay attention to the customers. I order an 800 yen ramen and it arrives in about 3 minutes. The ramen itself is okay, with a Kyushu-style flavor. It seems like the two staff members were changing shifts because they were talking about work-related things. They don't pay attention to the customers at all. Overall, I think the ramen is tasty, but I wouldn't want tourists to say they had Osaka ramen at this place. I hope they pay more attention to the customers and remember their humble beginnings and strive to do better.

I ordered the green onion pork bowl at a ramen shop known for its popularity with pork bowls. It was my first time not ordering ramen at a ramen shop. They grill about 5mm thick slices of pork loin over charcoal, then coat it in a sweet eel-like sauce and sear it. The sauce has a nice balance of sweetness and a hint of bitterness from the charcoal, making it quite high quality for a ramen shop. The pork was juicy and not dry. They are open until late at night, so being able to enjoy this quality pork bowl late at night is both sinful and appreciated.

The pork bone ramen had a rich and delicious flavor that was simply amazing. Next, the pork bowl was even more enhanced by searing it with a burner, bringing out its fragrant aroma. I never imagined that I could enjoy such delicious dishes even late at night. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I originally planned to go to a ramen shop, but it was fully booked, so I decided to go to my second choice, this restaurant! Seriously, who reserves a whole ramen shop?! Anyway, I ordered the pork bowl set because this place is known for its delicious pork bowls. After a short wait, the ramen arrived first! It was a light pork bone broth, which I personally like. I took a sip of the soup...hmm, it's a light pork bone broth that I enjoy. Next, the pork bowl arrived! It was tasty with a sweet sauce coating the pork. It reminded me of the sauce you would find on a beef bowl. I can see why some people come here just for the pork bowl! I finished it in no time. Thank you for the meal!

The rich tonkotsu broth with burnt garlic oil is a skillful accent! The dangerously delicious "umami-rich soup" makes you forget about any guilt. They are open late at night, making it a perfect spot for a late-night meal after a night of drinking in the backstreets of Namba. You can quickly and easily order your meal with a ticket system at this noodle shop.

I visited the restaurant "Tenchijin Nihonbashi" for lunch on this day. I have been to another branch of Tenchijin near Namba Station before and tried their ramen. This time, I was curious about their "Butadon" (pork bowl) so I decided to try it. The restaurant is known for their Butadon, even more so than their ramen. I purchased the "Mini Butadon Set for 1,000 yen" from the ticket machine. The set includes their basic "Original Ramen" and a mini Butadon. The ramen, made with pork bone broth, was delicious as always. The Butadon was also really tasty, with well-cooked pork and a slightly rich sauce that increased my appetite. Many people around me also ordered the "Butadon (regular) for 830 yen," showing how popular it is. I plan to try the Butadon as a standalone dish next time. Thank you for the meal!

Located on the corner of Sakaisuji, a busy street where everyone passes by, this ramen shop has multilingual instructions due to the many foreign visitors. It's a bit small, but it's affordable and the ramen is delicious, making it a convenient spot to grab a meal.

Tenchi Jin Nihonbashi Store [Nihonbashi 4-chome, Naniwa-ku, Osaka City] On a Saturday night, the place was almost full. After purchasing a food ticket, I found a vacant counter seat. - Mini pork bowl set for 1000 yen - Flavored boiled egg for 130 yen It seems like they specialize in pork bowls, so I went for that. I also ordered a local flavored ramen to go with it. The frothy soup had a hint of sesame oil and no unpleasant smell. The pork bowl was seared black and had a rich, hearty flavor. If I'm feeling a bit hungry late at night and this place is nearby, I might just drop by. Probably. [Business Hours] 11:00-3:00 [Closed on] Mondays [Parking] Not available The restaurant only has counter seats with acrylic dividers that don't provide much space between customers. There was only one staff member when I visited. It operates on a pre-payment system at the ticket machine. Masks are required. Even late at night, it's popular and easy for solo diners to enter.

Tenchijin Nihonbashi Store in Naniwa-ku, Osaka
4-15-23 Nihonbashi, Mini Pork Bowl Set for 1000 yen, Extra Noodles for 100 yen
Seeking a yet unseen pork bone, I headed to Nihonbashi
Tenchijin, with multiple stores around Namba, recommends the pork bowl, so I ordered a ramen and mini pork bowl set
The ramen has a rich pork bone broth with black garlic oil, giving it a deliciously thick umami flavor
The noodles are firm and the portion is generous
The chashu pork is tender and easily falls apart with chopsticks
Notable points: 1. The texture of the white leeks is excellent 2. Complimentary tea is provided 3. The large, sweet menma (bamboo shoots) complements the saltiness of the pork bone broth
Overall, it's a delicious bowl
The pork bowl is cooked individually over direct flame, enhancing its flavor
The sweet and savory sauce is generously poured over the pork, making it a satisfying meal
The pork is flavorful and tender, with a delicious sweetness from the fat
The "mini" pork bowl is actually quite large, and I couldn't resist ordering extra noodles for just 100 yen
I ended up finishing all the soup as well
Both the ramen and pork bowl are delicious, and the extra noodles offer great value for money
Tonight's dinner will be a pork bowl
Thank you for the meal!

The restaurant is located about a 3-4 minute walk south from Exit 9 of Nipponbashi Station on the Osaka Metro. Upon entering, you will find only counter seats, a total of 9. You purchase a mini pork bowl set through a ticket system and hand it to the staff. Soon after, ramen and the bowl are brought to you. The Ramen with Mini Pork Bowl set includes chashu, menma, nori, white and green onions. The noodles are thin straight noodles. The soup is a tonkotsu broth with added lard, giving it a rich flavor. The noodles slide smoothly into the soup, coating them well. The taste is enhanced by the gentle tonkotsu and lard combination. The chashu's meaty flavor, the crunch of menma, the aroma of nori, and the crispiness of the green onions all complement the ramen. The Mini Pork Bowl is rice topped with seared pork and onions, seasoned with sauce. The sweet and savory sauce pairs well with the pork and rice. You may want to add some shichimi pepper for a little kick. I look forward to trying their tsukemen next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited "Tenchijin Nihonbashi" a little down from Nihonbashi Station on Sakaisuji. I had passed by the front of the store many times before, but this was my first visit. The pedestrian traffic on Sakaisuji was sparse and easy to walk through. Inside the store, there was a ticket vending machine on the right and hand sanitizer placed in the back. I was undecided on what to order, but ended up choosing the "Original Ajitama Ramen." The ramen came with toppings such as chashu, seasoned egg, menma, seaweed, and green onions. The medium-thin straight noodles had a smooth texture, and the pork bone-based soy sauce flavored soup with rich oil had a slight thickness to it, served piping hot with a moderate amount of salt. The large bowl was filled with plenty of soup, providing a satisfying meal. The taste was quite ordinary, but after finishing the soup as well, I felt reasonably full with just the ramen. They also offer set menus like "ramen, tsukemen, maze-soba" and "ramen + mini pork bowl," and there are condiments on the table such as pepper, shichimi spice blend, fried garlic, and pickled ginger. The store had a counter with 12 seats, and it was run by the owner alone. There were two other customers when I arrived, but they left midway, leaving me to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace.

Located along Sakai-suji Street in Nipponbashi, Osaka, Ramen Tenchijin is a ramen shop in a fiercely competitive area! On weekends, every shop is packed. Luckily, there were two seats available at the counter, so two of us decided to go in. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen set with a pork bowl, opting for a light flavor. I added plenty of garlic and pepper from the condiments provided to create my own original ramen. It turned out great!

In September of the first year of Reiwa, I visited a ramen shop called "Motomii Ramen" where a bowl of ramen costs 730 yen including tax. Despite the presence of many foreign tourists in areas like Namba, Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Kuromon Market before the COVID-19 pandemic, this ramen shop was not just catering to tourists but served delicious ramen.

I bought it with a food ticket at a counter-style ramen shop. The original flavor special ramen and tsukemen were delicious with a rich taste! In particular, the flavor of the menma was rich and tasty. The tsukemen had a soup impression mixed with seafood and something else. Check out my blog for more details: https://zan3tho.com

After finishing work, I was a little hungry and decided to stroll around Nihonbashi. I ended up going to "Tenchijin Nihonbashi" for a meal. I had been curious about their pork bowl for a while, as it looked really delicious on the sign! On this day, I decided to try the pork bowl (790 yen). They offer a regular size and a large size. The bowl arrived with several pieces of pork topped with a caramelized glaze. The pork was seasoned with a rich sauce, giving it a bold flavor that went well with the rice. It had a different deliciousness compared to the char siu in ramen, with a nice grilled flavor that was well represented in the bowl. This pork bowl was definitely worth recommending, following closely behind ramen in terms of deliciousness. Thank you for the meal!

This time, I came to Nihonbashi! I heard rumors that the chashu here is delicious, so I went to "Tenchijin Nihonbashi" to have ramen. It was almost full during lunchtime. I ordered the "Original Ajitama Ramen 800 yen tax included". It arrived in about 7 minutes. The white soup looked delicious. The mildness and aroma of the soup with the chili oil on top were well balanced. The medium thick noodles were chewy and tasty. And the chashu was a bit thick and nicely seared, giving off a delicious aroma. The pork bowl also looked delicious. Thank you for the meal. Other menu items include Original Ramen 700 yen, Pork Bowl 790 yen, etc.

Hello! This time I had work in Nihonbashi, and I tried the ramen at "Tenchijin Nihonbashi"! I've been to a few ramen shops in this area, but this one was a new discovery for me. I ordered the "Special Special Ramen" for 980 yen. The name sounded fancy, and indeed, the presentation was luxurious! The creamy rich soup with a drizzle of ma-yu was delicious, not too heavy but very flavorful. The highlight was the thick, seared chashu which was incredibly tasty! They also specialize in pork bowls, which makes sense now! The seasoned egg was perfectly cooked as well. Everything was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

I went to this place called "Tenchijin Nihonbashi" on a street in Nihonbashi, Japan. Although the pork bowl is popular here, I wasn't very hungry so I decided to just have the ramen. I ordered the "Motoaji Ramen" for 700 yen. It had a light pork bone soup with a classic taste, but the addition of Ma-yu (burnt garlic oil) gave the soup a deep and flavorful taste. There were plenty of white leeks on top, giving it a nice crunchy texture. The char siu (roasted pork) was thick and flavorful, with a nice charred aroma. I might try the pork bowl next time. It was delicious!

This time, I had delicious ramen and pork bowl at the【Tenchijin Nihonbashi Store】, rumored to have the best pork bowl in Nihonbashi. This store on Sakaisuji seems to be bustling with tourists these days. I wonder if it's in a guidebook? The way people line up is crazy! This time, I was lucky to get in without waiting in line. I ordered the【Mini Pork Bowl Set for 1,000 yen】, which includes both ramen and pork bowl. The ramen has a light pork bone soup with fragrant sesame oil, which goes well with the noodles. And the pork bowl, a famous dish here, is really delicious. The pork, grilled with a nice char on a charcoal grill, and the special sauce are amazing. It was a satisfying and filling lunch. Thanks for the meal!
