I chose Green Tea with Passion Fruit, which was served in a container with tea leaves where you pour hot water and let it steep for a minute, creating a delicious tea with a scent similar to black tea. Then the set meals arrived! First, the steamed seiro! The steamed vegetables were delicious, and the crab and tofu dumplings were tasty! The 3 side dishes had flavors like curry and refreshing plum, showing a high level of quality! The beef sukiyaki had well-balanced fatty meat with a rich flavor that went well with the rice! The Umemame Set Meal arrived with various side dishes like tofu salad, chawanmushi with soy milk sauce, fried fu with miso, tofu from Mineoka, fried yuba, and lotus root manju. It was quite satisfying. After the meal, I walked around the building again before heading home.

I ordered the popular "Umemame set meal," which included dishes like Meio tofu, Chawanmushi with soy milk sauce, tofu salad, lotus root manju, fried yuba, yuba tempura, rice, yuba tsukudani, Yuki Pika miso soup, and a dessert. The dessert, a favorite of mine, was a fluffy manju made with wheat gluten. The set meal was a delight for plum blossom fans like me. The dishes were served all at once, which was a pleasant surprise. My friend ordered the "Beef sukiyaki set meal," which also looked delicious with plenty of tofu. With each set meal, one type of tea can be chosen for the group. We opted for the reliable Yame tea, which was truly delicious. I even bought some Yame tea named "Hanahonoka" to enjoy at home. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and efficient, making it a great dining experience."

It was a regular day but the place was crowded. Umehana's new concept. The menu is made with soybeans, so you can eat without feeling guilty. There's no sense of being health-conscious when having a dish and a beer, but it's nice to have a place where you can drink during the day.
