The soup for the dipping noodles is made from clam broth, which I'm not a fan of personally, but it didn't have any fishy taste and I could see how clam lovers would enjoy it. The dish comes with clam mousse and adding rice to the leftover soup for the last bite was incredibly delicious. The egg rice bowl was also tasty with truffle topping and a rich flavor. Although the prices are high, the unique dining experience justifies it. I wish they offered just the rice dish too, haha.

In Dotonbori, there is a tsukemen restaurant on the 2nd floor of a mixed-use building. It's a bit hard to find, but the taste is top-notch! The noodles are smooth and chewy, with a great texture. The soup is a clear chicken and clam broth with the perfect amount of saltiness. The clams on top of the noodles add a nice variety of flavors. I came to Heart Saisaki in Shinsaibashi for the first time in a long time and had their late-night tsukemen. The salt ramen here is delicious. The noodles are really good. The staff's bad relationships are concerning, but this place used to be a hidden gem and now it's always crowded whenever I go. They're open until around 5 in the morning, which is really convenient. The name Hakuei is actually the singer PENICILLIN's HAKUEI.

A pricey tsukemen restaurant. Went with my junior colleague after drinking at a bar, but I was too drunk to remember anything except "it was delicious!" The noodles were smooth, and it left a good aftertaste for ramen eaten after drinking. It seems to be open until early morning, so it might be a good option after drinking around Namba or Shinsaibashi.

The restaurant is located in a slightly hard-to-find place. I climbed the stairs feeling a bit anxious and entered. The restaurant had a stylish bar-like atmosphere and was very clean. I sat down and ordered the special dipping noodles. When asked if it was my first time, I honestly said yes. They gave me detailed instructions on how to eat it, which I found very interesting. They even reheated the dipping sauce for me and explained it again before I tried it. Even though it was just one bowl of noodles, it felt like a course meal. Despite being late, the restaurant was full, which is impressive considering its hard-to-find location. The dipping sauce was made with clam broth and also had chicken in it. It had luxurious toppings like truffle oil and clam mousse, giving it a unique taste that I had never experienced before. It had a pleasant aroma, not just the typical seaweed scent. The lack of saltiness was a plus. It was a very elegant bowl of noodles, and the noodles themselves were delicious. After finishing the noodles, I was served a complimentary clam rice dish, which was a nice touch. Even though I usually don't finish the soup after mixing it with the noodles, I drank it all that day. It was a delightful experience.

After a drinking party with customers, I visited this place because I was a little hungry. I ordered the truffle egg over rice set with tsukemen. First, the truffle was shaved in front of me and mixed into the rich egg over rice with dashi soy sauce. It was delicious and really sparked my appetite. Then the tsukemen arrived, and they showed me how to eat it. The flavor of the clam broth was amazing. It was the perfect way to finish off a night of drinking. They even reheated the broth halfway through and showed me another way to enjoy it, making it even more delicious. Finally, they served clam rice, which was like eating ochazuke with the broth poured over it. It was delicious. They guided me through each dish like a course meal of ramen. It was all so tasty!

Drinking in Minami, having a final drink. The restaurant was located inside a building and looked like a bar from the outside. The interior was very luxurious, and I unintentionally spoke in a low voice. When I sat down, I was asked for a drink order, but since I had already had plenty to drink, I ordered water. The glass also looked high-end, and I was looking forward to the tsukemen. Finally, the tsukemen arrived. It had a beautiful appearance and was definitely Instagram-worthy. The chashu also looked vibrant and very delicious. The taste was a bit refreshing and didn't feel like typical tsukemen. It was nice that they reheated the broth for me halfway through.

First of all, the restaurant's presence is extremely difficult to notice (laughs). You go down the stairs to enter, and on the way back you take the elevator, creating a one-way path that adds to the mysterious or hidden atmosphere. The noodles with clear colored soup and dipping sauce on top, along with roast beef resembling raw ham, are worth seeing in person.

I visited this restaurant around 11:30 pm. It is located on the second floor of a building in a back alley in Minami, allowing you to enjoy the nighttime atmosphere of the city. As soon as you get off the building's elevator, the restaurant is on your left. The red interior is impressive, creating a luxurious feel that blends well with the nightlife of Minami. It feels more like a bar than a ramen shop, which was a nice surprise. I ordered a set of tsukemen with truffle egg rice and a highball. I started with the highball, which was surprisingly delicious. The truffle was shaved in front of me for the egg rice, adding not only flavor but also an enjoyable visual element. When I finished the egg rice, the tsukemen was served. The impression of the food was "delicate" and "beautiful". The rich clam cream on top of the noodles melts as you eat, allowing you to enjoy the changing flavors. The soup was reheated as needed, showing a strong dedication to serving the ramen. Halfway through the meal, they taught me a different way to eat it, which added another layer of deliciousness. Well, it's quite expensive. At least for the average person. But, they use truffle oil and the ingredients are costly. The location is not exactly beautiful, to put it kindly. However, the interior of the restaurant is nice. The noodles are chewy and smooth, with a strong wheat aroma. The dipping sauce has a good amount of clam flavor, which is nice. As a finishing touch, they serve a small portion of clam rice. For 1200 yen, it's not unreasonable. But, the clam flavor was a bit overwhelming towards the end.

If you know, you know - the top-notch tsukemen at Kokusho Ei in Shinsaibashi! The tsukemen features a soup made from clams and whole chicken, light but with a rich umami flavor that is incredibly delicious! It was my first time trying this flavor, but it was the best tsukemen I've ever had. There are various ways to enjoy it, and the staff kindly teaches you. They even warm up the soup when it cools down! Very kind! This tsukemen is produced by HAKUEI from PENICILLIN. I used to think that celebrity-produced items might not taste great, but this is really delicious! It's really tasty and the restaurant is calm, not too noisy. I want more people to know about it, but at the same time, I don't want it to become too popular (laughs). I will definitely go back!

A die-hard end of the year. Opened in October 2018. Discovered this place by chance. Otherwise, I wouldn't have entered. Climbing the stairs of a building that seems high-end, amidst the hustle and bustle of Osaka. As a pure Shizuoka person, coming to Osaka almost every month for drinking, this extraordinary atmosphere makes you hesitate a bit in front of the entrance. With the help of alcohol, I gather my courage and open the door to find a stylish bar-like interior. The front customers are a picturesque couple of a foreigner and a Japanese person at the table in the back. It's quite stylish. It feels like heading to a members-only club rather than a ramen shop. The atmosphere is so sophisticated that it's slightly embarrassing to be here in a sloppy state, drunk. However, with operating hours from 8 pm to 8 am, the target clientele seems to be nighttime. I felt that it's a place you'd secretly want to visit with a special someone, not in a drunken state but in a more intimate moment. The interior has a counter with 7 seats and only one table. A wonderful owner-like master and one staff member run the place. The menu consists mainly of Tsukemen. There's a set option for 2000 yen. An egg rice bowl costs 1000 yen. Despite that, the atmosphere of the place and the menu names don't make it seem that expensive, which is a kind of magic. Well, the taste doesn't really matter. The atmosphere alone deserves a high score. That's what I thought, but when I actually tasted it, the flavor was outstanding. I definitely recommend coming to try it at least once. You can also receive instructions on how to eat one-on-one. "Pinch the noodles and only sprinkle lime on the top part, and please don't dip the part where you sprinkled into the dipping sauce." Oh, there's a way to eat like that. "We have soup refills, so please let us know." Yes, when you leave it to them, they warm it up and bring it back. "This clam rice is a limited quantity service, and when it gets busy in the early morning, we run out of it. Try eating it with the soup poured over." This rice.
