I couldn't resist craving it and visited this small restaurant which had a fast-food style ordering system at the entrance. I struggled with having to order immediately upon entering, unable to just look around without ordering or because I didn't have enough money. I ordered the Big Dom and the whole mackerel burger, both fried perfectly crispy and juicy, with good oil control and not too greasy. The buns, fries, tartar sauce, everything was delicious. The Big Dom had thin meat slices, almost like there was only one slice. Compared to the recent Birkin burger, the Jr burger seemed to be better. I used to eat the fish burger often, it was cheaper and tastier, so maybe my expectations were too high this time.

Since March 2010, I visited the now-closed Dom Dom Burger Fujimori store for the first time in a long time. I ordered the "Big Dom Tomato & Cheese" with iced tea combo (840 yen). The "Big" in the name is no joke, it's quite large. The overall appearance is not bad, but the buns are thin. The heel part is so thin that it could be described as paper-thin. As for the taste, it's sweet, very sweet. It tastes like tomato ketchup. In the 1970s when Dom Dom was trying to expand as Japan's first hamburger chain, it might have been considered "delicious" back then. Payment is cash only, and there is no parking lot (there are several coin parking lots nearby). With fewer than 30 stores in Japan, the nostalgic sound of "Dom Dom" resonates. The taste is also simple like ketchup. For a moment, I was able to enjoy a time slip.

I visited Dom Dom in Tsunoei Town in October 2020 and had their signature dish, the "Whole Crab Burger". The burger features a soft shell crab sandwiched between buns, creating a unique and delicious combination. The eat-in space had 16 seats, and I ordered the S set which included hot and crispy fries and an iced coffee. The burger itself was visually impressive, with a whole crab protruding from the bun. The taste was familiar and enjoyable, with the sweet chili sauce complementing the soft crab meat well. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal.

On September 13, 2020, I visited a bakery in Tsunohama-cho. I was excited to see new shops in the area, including a takeout-only tropical restaurant and a rare DOMDOM Hamburger store. It was Wednesday, which meant half-price burgers, so I got the Sweet and Spicy Chicken Burger and the Teriyaki Burger to go. The cozy interior of the DOMDOM store had a nostalgic charm, and the food did not disappoint. The Chicken Burger had a crispy fried chicken coated in a sweet and spicy sauce, while the Gobo Sticks were crunchy and delicious with a hint of saltiness. I also found convenient parking nearby. Overall, it was a great experience worth repeating.

I saw Mr. Masuda's street corner treasure and went there! The menu alone makes you want to visit right away! I actually worked part-time there 30 years ago, but I was caught by my school and had to quit. When I mentioned this, the owner's wife said, "It can't be helped, there are various circumstances." Their kindness was truly amazing! I want to go back soon to try more dishes! I will go there soon!

There are few and rare Dom Dom restaurants. In front of the store, there is a poster with a big impact of a soft-shell burger. It's a limited-time menu that you should try at least once. It takes about 10 minutes. The high-pitched frying sound echoes in the store. A burger with a crab in it, as shown in the poster, is served. A cute Dom Dom flag is inserted. The crab, just molted, is indeed soft and has no resistance. Maybe they freeze it at that rare timing. The coating has a strong flavor, and when you eat just the fried crab, it's incredibly soft and easy to eat. The only concern is the hardness of the shell. It's delicious. It's sandwiched between mayonnaise, lettuce, and cheese, but when you eat it together, the flavor of the mayonnaise and cheese overpowers the crab taste. It was tastier to eat the soft-shell crab alone. Is it okay to say that? Please enjoy! The only thing I dislike about this store is that smoking is allowed. It's a place where children also come...

This is a nice restaurant♪ The flounder had a superb white meat and was delicious. I like the atmosphere that makes me want to visit frequently. The burdock was not great, but the Big Dom dishes are all delicious.

In the past, there used to be a store at Hankyu Takatsuki-shi Station called Topos where there was a Dom Dom store, but I haven't seen any Dom Dom stores since it disappeared. When I went to Tsuno-e area for some errands, I happened to find Dom Dom Tsuno-e store. I felt nostalgic and ordered the Teriyaki Burger set. The sauce was thicker and tastier than other chains.
