Yakiniku and sushi buffet, "Kalbi-ish" Orio branch, revisited. The name of the restaurant reminds me of a Japanese Major Leaguer, but looking at the logo on the sign, it seems like a combination of "Kalbi" and "Fish." The 1980 yen course offers over 55 items including yakiniku and sushi all-you-can-eat. (100-minute all-you-can-eat with last order 30 minutes before the end.) Order using the touch panel buffet and dishes are brought to you quickly. Based on memory, the ordered menu items are as follows: [Yakiniku] Pork tongue (with green onion salt), Fukuoka Yame pork, Silky loin, Loin, Seared kalbi, Heart, Intestines, Red miso, Liver, One piece of pork harami yakiniku, Grilled vegetables (cabbage, onion, yam), Suncho namul assortment (daikon and carrot, green vegetables, bean sprouts) [Sushi] Negitoro battleship, Tuna [Dessert] Almond jelly In conclusion... The yakiniku was satisfactory for the price. It's nice to have a variety of horumon (offal) even in an all-you-can-eat setting. The one piece of pork harami yakiniku looked unappetizing in color, but tasted delicious once cooked. The Negitoro battleship was ordered with the thought of "if you're ordering white rice..." but was about as satisfying as a convenience store rice ball. When ordering tuna, the fish was watery. Is the thawing process not done properly? The almond jelly was neither good nor bad, serving as a decent palate cleanser at the end. Thank you for the meal.
