I visited Hormon Yama Dai for the first time. Congratulations on the new opening on 23.08.04. The atmosphere of the restaurant is retro and nice. I tried the motsu-nikomi (offal stew) and yakitori (grilled skewers), and they were delicious. There are still some menu items I want to try, so I will definitely go back again. 【Osaka Shinsaibashi Horumon Kushi Yama Dai】 A new horumon skewer restaurant has opened, and it's a dream come true for my friend. Seeing my friend serving customers and cooking in front of the restaurant is a mix of embarrassment and pride. Despite trying not to show favoritism, I have to say that the food is delicious without bias. The simmered tripe is melt-in-your-mouth tender with a delicious miso flavor. The tongue sashimi is cooked at a low temperature, giving it a rich umami flavor and a chewy texture. The fried tofu with miso sandwiched in between is also delicious. All the horumon skewers are flavorful without any unpleasant smell. The finale, horumon yakisoba, has a rich flavor and is outstanding. I highly recommend this place and urge you to visit. Opened on August 4, 2023 in Shinsaibashi, "Kushiyaki Horumon Yamadai" visited for the first time for lunch. Located in the former Senba Shoten (Himono Yarou Minami Senba Store), I arrived at the restaurant at 1:30 PM. For lunch, they offered two options: Teppan Stamina Yaki set meal and Horumon Yaki Soba set meal for 880 yen. The Teppan Stamina Yaki set meal was already sold out, so I ordered the Yaki Soba and waited for about 10 minutes. When it arrived, the Yaki Soba was delicious with a sweet and savory miso sauce coating the thick noodles. The horumon was also cooked just right, and it came with a generous serving of raw egg. Next time, I will try the Teppan Stamina Yaki set meal!
