This time, I visited the Ginza branch of the popular Chinese restaurant, Koutora Gyoza-Bo, not with my wife and children, but for work. The location is just a few minutes' walk from Shimbashi Station. The highlight of the day was the limited-time collaboration menu with the popular manga Baki, called "Rekai-oh's Welcoming Baki Hanma Revival Nourishing Course." The menu features Rekai-oh's famous line "Eat it," which sets the mood from the start.
- Appetizers: Homemade roast beef, drooling chicken with spicy sauce made from chicken and eggplant
- Dim sum: Special five-ingredient spring rolls, turtle soup dumplings
- Meat: Stir-fried pork loin and coriander, spicy fried chicken wing
- Fish: White fish with soy chili sauce
- Noodles: Medicinal soup noodles simmered with whole chicken and medicinal herbs
- Dessert: Compost of pear and white fungus
- The finale of the "That Thing's Revival" course is not 14 kilograms of sugar water, but gold sugar candy. And finally, there was even a photo session with a life-size figure. We had a blast. Thank you for the meal.

(Visited on 11/8/2020) I made a reservation for a dim sum lunch course here, which includes 5 kinds of dim sum, noodles, and 4 other dishes plus 1 drink (available only on weekends) for 1800 yen (tax included). I made a reservation to match the opening time on Sunday and arrived right on time. The entrance facing Corrido Street led me up a staircase into the surprisingly spacious interior. To my surprise, there was a life-size figure of Baki in the back of the restaurant! I chose Asahi Super Dry beer and opted for the black sesame tantanmen and sanratanmen noodles. I immediately went to see the figure. It was quite impressive due to its life-size scale. The appetizers of homemade roast beef, bamboo-cooked chicken, and potato with sansho pepper arrived. They were perfect with beer. They were well seasoned, so I enjoyed them while sipping on my beer. The dishes had a good volume, and I soon ran out of beer. Next came the shrimp spring rolls, shumai, and leek mochi, all well-seasoned so no additional sauce was needed. They were juicy and delicious. I enjoyed the dim sum with my wife's beer. The flavors were strong, so no additional seasoning was necessary. This also made the beer go down smoothly. The main noodles were in a half-size portion, which was a bit disappointing in terms of volume, but the sesame flavor on the surface was rich and fragrant. Considering it was part of a course meal, the price was quite reasonable. The dessert was almond jelly, not too sweet and quite tasty. But what made me happier was the Baki figure display. The staff were friendly and talkative, and they mentioned that they only have a life-size Baki figure here. I really appreciated the staff's hospitality and would like to visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The food was great in 2020.11, but I also really liked the interior and the service, making me want to go back again. The spacious restaurant had rows of jars filled with spices, as well as various helmets displayed. Even when I asked about these, they answered without a hint of annoyance.

When we arrived at 19:20, there was no one else in the restaurant and we were seated immediately. It seems the first seating was crowded, but we were the only ones for the second seating, which was lucky. On the table, there were ice sugar and a mountain of coasters. Apparently, only one coaster comes with the a la carte menu, but with the course, you can complete it in one go. All the dishes were delicious and served quickly, which suited our fast eating pace. Despite the substantial course, we also ordered the large chicken cutlet tantanmen a la carte. The staff advised us that we might not be able to finish it, but we easily polished it off. The collaboration menu had a good cost performance. We were able to take photos with the figures to our heart's content. The staff was friendly and kind, occasionally engaging in conversation with us. One thing that caught our attention was that during the first seating from 17:30, by 19:20, there was no one left and the restaurant was already being cleaned up. Perhaps they have a 90-minute time limit for each seating? We were fortunate to have chosen the second seating with no time restrictions.

I was able to use Go to for lunch at Kurenai Ko Gyoza-Bo in the Ginza Corridor Street. It probably became a little cheaper. The location was a bit hard to find, but the restaurant was spacious without being crowded. It was relaxing. The spring rolls were delicious and hot. The appetizers and dim sum were also tasty. You can choose from several types of noodles. I chose the white sesame tantan noodles, which were not very spicy but still delicious. It came with one drink and cost less than 1700 yen. It was a treat. #CorridorStreet #Gyoza #SpringRolls #AngelShrimp #TantanNoodles #Kurenai #KurenaiGyozaBo #CorridorStreetGinza #Shinbashi #Ginza #GinzaGourmet #GinzaLunch #GinzaCorridorStreet #CorridorStreetGinza #KurenaiGyozaBo #Gourmet #Gyoza #WhiteSesameTantanNoodles #Lunch #GourmetInstagram
