I visited this restaurant for lunch on a regular day. Whenever I have errands to run, I always make sure to stop by here. This time, I tried the seafood ankake ramen. I was torn between that and the ankake yakisoba, but decided to challenge myself with the ramen. Each piece of seafood was generously portioned, and the soup had a distinct oyster sauce flavor, which was really delicious. For the yakisoba, the noodles were fried and then stir-fried, which was also tasty. I heard that the founder is from Nagasaki, so the authentic Nagasaki champon and Nagasaki plate udon are also delicious here. The homemade almond jelly is made from almond powder, which is quite impressive. They also offer takeout. I've heard that there may be a wait due to a shortage of staff, but during a late lunch, I had no issues. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Lunch at work. Had a slightly upscale Chinese lunch at "Kirinkaku" located on Route 1, closer to Kyoto in Hirakata. The atmosphere is different from regular Chinese restaurants in town. Ordered the Five Ingredient Ankake Ramen Set - it looked very delicious with the colorful ankake sauce. The taste was just as good as it looked, with plenty of ingredients in the ramen. The slightly curly medium-thin noodles matched perfectly. There was also fried chicken on rice, but the Five Ingredient Ramen was definitely the star. It's a nice restaurant, so I recommend going with your family or close friends. Thanks for the meal! I definitely want to come back again.

I had some free time today after a long while, so I decided to visit this place that I was curious about. It was quite crowded on a Saturday, but I was able to get a table. I ordered the "Chuka-don Set" for a quick meal and to taste the flavors. As expected, it was served in about 10 minutes. The mini ramen and soup were delicious, with a slightly sweet taste. The noodles were smooth and not bad at all, living up to the reputation of the famous restaurant. The portion of noodles was generous, making it a good deal. As for the Chuka-don, the flavors were rich and the ingredients were well-cooked. The pieces of ingredients were large and had a nice balance of flavors. The last item, the fried chicken, had a normal level of seasoning, which complemented the other dishes well. Overall, the food provided as part of the set was tasty enough. If this restaurant can maintain this level of quality along the national highway, it can be considered a good place to eat. If you avoid the busy hours, you can enjoy a comfortable meal here. Kirin Pavilion is my favorite Chinese restaurant located along Route 1. The parking lot and interior of the restaurant are spacious, making it easy for families to dine here. This time, my family of three ordered the following: Kids Set for 660 yen, Sichuan Set for 1,000 yen, and Nagasaki Champon for 990 yen. I always order the Nagasaki Champon when I come here. The Kids Set that my daughter ordered comes with ramen, fried rice, and fried chicken - a dream set for kids. The Sichuan Set includes spring rolls, fried chicken, shrimp chili, soup, rice, and salad - a generous portion. The Champon I ordered is filled with plenty of vegetables and seafood, and the flavorful soup is exquisite. As always, everything I eat here is delicious!

In terms of being a long-established large-scale restaurant, it reminds me of Chinese Cuisine Tiananmen (closed). On the way back from Kyoto, we stopped at a flashy Chinese restaurant along Route 1. Despite the upscale appearance, the menu offered surprisingly reasonable prices. My companion and I ordered a set of five dishes: shredded pork with green peppers, chili prawns, dim sum, seafood fried rice, and mapo tofu. My companion also had wine and almond jelly. Although I forgot to take a picture of the almond jelly, it seemed to be made from genuine almond seeds. I initially thought the prices were low, so I was unsure about the quality, but all the dishes were delicious and satisfying. The portions were just right, and overall, it was a great value for the money.

The other day I had a course meal that was not fully satisfying, so this time I had a set meal. It's well-balanced. You can also get a refill of rice. However, the soup was a bit lacking in salt, a bit bland. And the pickles? It reminded me of a set meal restaurant. I wish they had pickled vegetables. Other than that, I'm satisfied. I was very hungry and finally went to this restaurant I had been wanting to visit. I had looked at the menu beforehand and, being a food lover, I was deciding what to order with my daughter. However, the "Koufuku Course" was not something we could choose individually, but we had to pick 4 dishes together (laughs). I really wanted to have almond jelly, so we picked three other dishes. We didn't choose rice or noodles, so the portion was not very big. My daughter and husband ordered rice. The shrimp chili was delicious. Next time, I think I'll go for the 6-course option. While on my way to Nitori Mall, I felt like having some Chinese food, so I decided to visit this restaurant. There used to be several branches in Hirakata and Neyagawa, but some of them changed their name to "Tangzen" and seemed to have different management. Initially, they served the same dishes, but recently the taste has changed a bit. Amidst this, Kirin Kakaku has maintained its original taste. I ordered the Tianjin rice set, which came with mini ramen and fried chicken for around 1000 yen. The mini ramen seemed a bit bland, and the fried chicken was small, but the main dish, Tianjin rice, was delicious. It had a soy sauce flavor that I like, with fluffy eggs and no sweet and sour sauce, which is typical of Kansai-style Tianjin rice. My companion ordered seafood yakisoba, which also had a soy sauce base and was very tasty. I hope they continue to maintain their unchanged taste.

Lunch for 1980 yen with a 6-course meal is super worth it! Went with two people and spent 4000 yen without the shark fin, and 6000 yen with it. Even without the shark fin, the course is very satisfying. Everything is authentic! Located in Nagao, so maybe that's why it's not crowded? This is definitely a hidden gem! There are also many menu options, so you can try different things next time. Looking forward to it!

Delicious! I ordered the Kirin Set Meal and Nagasaki Chanpon Set, and they were both as pictured - generous portions and packed with ingredients. It was so tasty that I regret not visiting this restaurant sooner. The staff were also very polite and attentive.

There are courses available depending on the number of dishes. Depending on your choice of menu, it may be better to opt for a combination of individual items.

The mayonnaise shrimp was lighter than expected and delicious ❤️
