I had to change my lunch plans last minute and decided to have beef instead. I ordered the cut steak at Gyutei. When the server brought the hot beef, it made quite an impact! It sounded good too! At first, I felt the beef was not seasoned, but as I ate more, the sauce's richness made the flavors more intense in my mouth. It was delicious.

The restaurant was getting crowded with customers coming in one after another. Since my nephew's baby stroller was with us, we were seated on the terrace, but the service was great. After finishing work, I went to United Cinema to watch a movie and had a hamburger at Gyutei. The rare meat with a hint of pink was tender and allowed me to enjoy the true taste of the meat. After the movie, I stopped by for a Loco Moco set with soup. The hamburger steak was delicious, and the soup was potato soup that really tasted like potatoes. It was a satisfying dish with a good amount of potatoes.

This is a hamburger restaurant located in Sapporo Factory in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. It's my favorite place to eat. I finally got to try the limited-time foie gras topping menu that I had been wanting to try for a while, so I ordered without hesitation. I ordered a 200g hamburger with foie gras on top cooked medium. The foie gras looked a bit small compared to the menu photo, which was a bit disappointing, but when I tried it, the foie gras melted in my mouth and paired really well with the hamburger. I was quite satisfied, even though it was a bit smaller than expected. I thought it was worth it for ¥550. I might even consider getting two next time (laughs). The hamburger was so tender that you didn't even need a knife, and it was enjoyable to break it up and eat it like a Bolognese-style dish. It came with a cup of onion soup that warmed the body with its sweetness.

The option to upgrade the soft drink in the set to a classic beer was nice though. The hamburger, advertised as medium rare, was actually quite red but lacked the expected juiciness. It was elegant, but maybe this is a unique feature of this particular restaurant. The 150g hamburger set for 1793 yen might be a better deal. However, it cannot be combined with other promotions.

The taste was good, the meat was delicious, and the flavor of the meat was rich. I wonder if the meat is fresh or of good quality? As for the sauce, it was tasty but a bit too salty for me. I diluted it a bit and it was better. It's delicious, but just a bit too much sauce for my liking. They also serve alcohol, but it's more of a food-focused place.

As I finish the salad, the hamburger arrives, sizzling on the hot plate. It looks delicious. I cut it with my chopsticks and start eating. The tender hamburger has a unique seasoning that makes it incredibly tasty. The rice is also cooked perfectly, and the side vegetables complement the meal well. I finish everything in no time.
