On a holiday evening, I visited a new yakitori restaurant in Kyobashi with a friend. The restaurant is located where Richman Katamachi used to be, and it opened in March. We were seated at a spacious table and noticed that they don't have individual grills on the tables. Instead, they bring the yakitori on a hot iron plate. We tried various dishes including chicken sashimi, stingray fin, wasabi edamame, grilled chicken harami, thigh meat, homemade tsukune, and parent bird. The yakitori was served on a small frying pan-shaped iron plate, keeping it hot for a long time. The service was attentive and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed three glasses of Asahi draft beer each. It is said that this restaurant is a branch of Naniwa Takomaru in Nihonbashi, and they offer takoyaki parties if you make a reservation, which sounds like a lot of fun.

I visited this new restaurant in Kyobashi for a drink after a long time. It is located on the basement floor of a building on a back street in Katamachi, with a large sign on the front of the building. We were the first customers as we arrived right when it opened. The interior is spacious, and from the windows, you can see the river. This restaurant specializes in grilling chicken skewers on an iron plate. Instead of grilling the skewers ourselves, they brought us the already grilled skewers on a hot plate. I prefer this way as I am a bit lazy. The iron plate grilled chicken skewers are all priced at 380 yen each, and you can choose between sauce or salt. They also offer homemade ponzu sauce, spicy miso, garlic soy sauce for an additional 50 yen, and tomato sauce with cheese for an additional 100 yen. We tried the thigh and chicken heart skewers, and chicken meatball skewers, all of which were delicious and had a consistent taste. Of course, they also have regular izakaya menu items. The chicken sashimi from Kagoshima for 680 yen, stingray fin for 380 yen, and wasabi edamame for 380 yen were all tempting, and we ended up ordering a lot. The service was polite and attentive. The draft beer was Kirin Ichiban Shibori, served in a perfectly chilled glass. The lemon shochu highball was served in a Smirnoff container, which was interesting. Since it didn't come with lemon, I added the lemon slices from the chicken skewers into my drink to customize it. It tasted even better! The server noticed this and brought me a refill, saying, "I noticed you added lemon earlier, so I added it this time." Excellent observation skills! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. I look forward to visiting this restaurant again.

The all-you-can-eat and drink buffet for 3500 yen is usually not very tasty, but this place is delicious!! I was surprised!! Can this restaurant really be okay with this price for all-you-can-eat and drink?? It was delicious!! The all-you-can-drink beer for 3500 yen was Asahi Super Dry.
