This is a small cafe that opened last December. I found it while looking for lunch spots in Toyonaka City on Instagram. Since it wasn't even registered on Tabelog, I wondered if it was not crowded. However, when I visited, it was unexpectedly full! It was a very cold day, so I waited outside shivering for about 10 minutes before entering. Inside the shop, the warm atmosphere of the small cafe was nice. Their lunch menu is free of the 7 major allergens. Perhaps because of this, there were also two families with small children. I noticed they even had a kids' lunch menu. There were two lunch options: A - Chicken Nanban for 1,000 yen, and B - Hamburg with Demi-glace Sauce for 1,000 yen. I decided to go with the Hamburg lunch. You could choose between large, medium, or small portions of rice for the same price, so I chose the large size. The Hamburg with Demi-glace Sauce lunch was 1,000 yen including tax. When it was served, they explained that it did not contain eggs, wheat flour, or dairy products. The dish looked delicious! The overall presentation was appetizing with a good balance of colors. There were plenty of vegetables, making it a healthy meal. The meal included the Demi-glace sauce Hamburg, a salad with homemade carrot dressing, Taiwanese cabbage with tuna, stir-fried yacon, grilled amaranth turnips, simmered daikon and thin-fried tofu, pickled red turnips, ancient rice, and a hearty miso soup. Just reading about it makes it sound delicious, right? I was worried that the health-conscious cuisine might not be very satisfying due to the light seasoning, but that was not the case at all. The flavors were not too strong but still delicious. The Hamburg especially went well with the rice. The various vegetable side dishes were also tasty, and I enjoyed trying new vegetables. It was a lunch that made my body feel good, so I definitely want to come back. Thank you for the meal!
