I visited "Fugu Cuisine Genpin" in Suita for the first time with my grandparents and wife. We tried the seasonal dish, "Natsu Anago" for 5500 yen (including tax). We started with Tataki and Yubiki, followed by Fugu Karaage. The main dish of the day was "Grilled Fugu" for four people. We grilled it with different sauces on a stove. The grilled Fugu was delicious. For dessert, we shared two dishes. First, "Fugu Sushi" for two people, and then "Fugu Wasabi Chazuke" for two people. We ended the meal with Nut Ice Cream. It was so delicious. We used 8000 yen worth of shareholder benefits (2000 yen per course), and paid the rest in cash (shareholder vouchers have been changed to one voucher per course). The restaurant was not crowded, but the food was excellent. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

My wife and I visited a restaurant next to a coin parking lot, where we received a free ticket at the shop. There was a tank at the entrance with pufferfish swimming in it. I wondered if they were taken out from there for cooking. The restaurant was full, but luckily we had made a reservation. The staff wore name tags indicating they were in training. We ordered the Secret Extreme Taste Course for 5780 yen per person. We requested the fugu to be sliced instead of whole, and also ordered grilled shirako as an extra. The fugu skin dish was delicious, but the cutting was a bit rough. The fugu slices were served on top of cabbage with leeks, grated daikon, and ponzu sauce. The fried fugu pieces were tasty. Grilled shirako with salt was also delicious. The grilled fugu was a bit difficult to cook due to low heat, but it turned out well after changing the gas tank. The ponzu sauce for the tetchiri was a bit sour, which is a matter of personal preference. Finally, we had a light miso soup for dessert. Overall, the fugu meal was affordable and satisfying. The restaurant seemed to have a lot of branches and was expanding. However, the staff's loud training instructions were a bit distracting. We paid with a credit card, and the staff's explanation of how to swipe the card was audible. We had to wait quite a bit.

◎Dinner◎For my father's birthday celebration, we went to Genpin Fugu which we haven't been to in a long time! It's been quite a while since our last visit, before the pandemic. Everything was delicious. For the finale, we had the porridge, and we could choose the richness level, so we went with normal, but it was a bit light haha. As a birthday souvenir, they gave us ponzu sauce and took a photo for us! Thank you very much.
