This is the second time this season at Ramen Daisenso Izumi store. Even on a Monday afternoon, it was packed. Despite having enough parking spaces for about 20 seats, the parking lot was full. I wrote down my name and waited for a seat. The cars waiting should park in order as the seats become available. Cutting in line is not good. As I waited in front of the store, I saw someone throwing away an empty chu-hi can. Some people are really crazy. Also, even though it hasn't been half a month yet, the sign for Ramen Daisenso was already broken. It was changed to "Dog War" instead of "Great War." Some people are really crazy. Anyway, after about an hour, my name was called and I went in. This time I sat at the counter. I could see the kitchen well. I went with the free-style option, choosing the black soup with a strong punch just as it looked. Of course, with 5 slices of chashu. My wife, who was a first-time customer, also went with the black soup and 5 slices of chashu. We both had the seared chashu rice bowl. We also ordered the black pork gyoza with salt. The punch of the free-style ramen was so strong that I couldn't finish the soup completely. But I made sure to get the half portion of extra noodles. The black pork gyoza with salt was delicious with a strong flavor and juicy filling. It was so busy that we ate quickly and left. The guy sitting next to us who finished eating and was now watching videos should really stop. I hope it gets a bit less crowded next time.

I went for the first time around 5pm when it was not crowded. The taste of the ramen was as everyone had described. However, the staff, all five of them, were just chatting loudly the whole time. When it came to paying, the cash register seemed to be acting up because the change took a while to come out, and I was left waiting for a few minutes without a single word of apology. Finally, the change was handed to me with just one hand. It seemed like the staff lacked basic training. Also, they were touching various things with blue rubber gloves and using them to arrange the chashu, which didn't seem hygienic at all. They should just stop the open kitchen if it's that dirty. I won't be going to such an irritating place again... What a shame.

This was my second time trying the ramen at Daisenzo. The first time I had it in Kyoto, it was delicious so I decided to go again. I heard that there is usually a line, so I went early in the evening. Despite there being plenty of empty seats, they seated me right next to someone else, which was a bit strange. The air conditioning was not working properly, making it uncomfortably hot. I ordered the usual pistol ramen and wanted to have a beer, but they only had German beer, which wasn't very good. I think they should offer regular Japanese bottled beer as well. Despite the issues, the ramen was still delicious. But eating ramen while sweating profusely due to the lack of air conditioning is a big downside for a ramen restaurant.

Today's ramen!!! The "Heiwa" ramen from Ramen Daisenso costs 890 yen. You can choose from 1 to 5 slices of ultra-thin char siu that looks like prosciutto! Of course, I chose 5 slices haha. Plus, you can get a half serving of extra noodles for free, so it's a great deal. This time, I added extra pork fat (110 yen) but hmm, it didn't really go well with it. Maybe it's better for tsukemen?

This was my first time visiting, and personally I really liked the Pistol and Peace flavors. I ordered the Rusty Sword. There is always a long line, so this time I went just before 11 o'clock. Even then, there were about 5 groups ahead of me. As rumored, it was incredibly delicious. The soup was light, and the noodles were chewy. The char siu was incredibly tender and moist, like prosciutto, and I easily ate 5 slices. You can add a half portion for free. The Rusty Sword allows you to get a large portion from the start without needing to add extra noodles.

I always saw long lines whether I went before opening or at night, but when I visited around 3 pm, I was able to get in with no wait! I can't forget the delicious chashu that I first tried at a different store! You can get up to 5 slices of chashu for free! The ramen has slightly thick noodles and a soy sauce broth. The soup is also delicious! It's light and easy to drink, yet the noodles have a rich flavor! The flavored egg is a topping. The ramen itself is quite tasty, but when you slurp the noodles together with the chashu, you'll feel grateful for coming here! I also ordered the seared chashu rice bowl, which was also incredibly delicious, so if you have room in your stomach, definitely try it!

I recently went to a ramen restaurant in Izumi City that just opened called Ramen Great War. I chose the ramen called "Jiyu" (small fish soy sauce ramen) which was a limited quantity item. The taste was very strong and not really to my liking. I also tried a menu item called "Pistol," which is considered the most standard menu item, and it was very light and delicious. After finishing the meal, I regretted not ordering the most standard menu item. For those visiting for the first time, I recommend sticking to the classic menu items instead of trying something new. This was my mistake this time, haha.

I was curious about this restaurant since it opened, but I couldn't bring myself to go because of the long lines of people (lol). Today, since it was raining, I thought if I went early I could get in quickly, so I arrived around 10:40. I wrote my name as the second person and waited in the car. Then more and more cars arrived!?! I'm glad I came early (lol) The parking lot quickly filled up! At 11 o'clock, I was in front of the store. I wanted to get in quickly because it was raining... I was guided in as the first person... The next person took a while to be guided in (lol). I was pretty wet when I entered. Even though I was wet, the air conditioning was blasting and it was cold (lol) Anyway, since it's in Kansai, I ordered the Shoyu Ramen (Pistol) for ¥890. Up to 5 slices of Chashu are free, which is amazing! I also ordered a boiled egg topping for ¥121. Half-size extra noodles are free. It was a light chicken broth with a hint of sweetness in the soy sauce. I can understand why people line up for this. It feels like it's been a while since I had delicious soy sauce ramen with a clear soup. The 5 slices of Chashu were impressive (lol) The thick menma was soft and good. I should have ordered the extra noodles earlier. It takes a little time. The extra noodles were very firm (lol) Well, they were served piping hot, so it's okay (lol) I might go back again. Thank you for the meal.

Pistol tax included 890 yen, boiled egg tax included 121 yen. All human beings are part of the noodle family series, with stores in Umeda and Shinsaibashi. The noodles and menma give off a sense of being part of the noodle family. Whether it's chicken or seafood, the taste lacks a bit of impact in all the chain stores, but aiming to please everyone, this level might be just right...? However, when you consider that adding special toppings or extra chashu can bring the price up to 1500 yen or around 2000 yen, getting a full topping for 1000 yen makes this ramen shop stand out in terms of differentiation.

Arrived 10 minutes before the store opening time. Already some customers waiting. Wrote my name on the waiting list and was number 12. When the store opened, customers were seated one by one. Number 11 was seated and then they announced that the restaurant was full, so unfortunately I couldn't get in on the first round. Waited for about 20 minutes and finally got seated. There were around 20 seats in total. The staff, about 5 of them, were all young. They worked efficiently and smoothly, with no wasted movements. Ordered the basic shoyu ramen, gyoza, and karaage. Watched them prepare the dishes in the open kitchen space. Finally got my ramen, which was delicious. The noodles were also great. Overall, it was a tasty shoyu ramen. The restaurant is quite popular, so it's not a place where you can just walk in. Had a good experience.

I went to Ramen Daisenso in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture. Despite it being a weekday, there was a line of about 20 people, showing how popular the shop is. The interior was spacious with over 20 seats, so the turnover was fast and we were able to get in after waiting for about 30 minutes. I ordered the "Pistol" ramen, which has a soy sauce-based soup made from Nagoya Cochin chicken bones and clam extract. It was light yet flavorful, and paired perfectly with the chewy noodles. You can choose to add 1 to 5 slices of rare chashu pork, and most customers, including myself, opted for the 5-slice option. The price was only 810 yen (excluding tax), which is quite reasonable. Plus, you can get a free half-sized noodle refill. I also ordered a boiled egg topping for 110 yen (excluding tax) and a seared chashu rice bowl for 290 yen (excluding tax), both of which were delicious. The cost performance, service, and taste were all excellent. The atmosphere inside the shop was lively, fitting the name "Ramen Daisenso" perfectly. If you're interested, I highly recommend visiting Ramen Daisenso at least once.

I visited around 13:30 on a regular day and had to wait for 20 people before being able to enter the restaurant after 50 minutes. I ordered the Pistol with 5 slices of chashu, while my companion ordered the Freedom with 5 slices of chashu. The names may sound unique, but Unnchi-san would surely understand. After the dishes arrived, I immediately started eating. The soy sauce ramen had a strong punch to it. The refined soup was truly remarkable. It made me feel like I had been shot by a pistol, haha. The noodles seemed to be made of whole wheat flour, with visible specks on them. They had a great texture and were incredibly delicious. Despite being homemade noodles from a ramen shop that clearly puts a lot of passion into their craft, the fact that they offer free half-size noodle refills is a nice touch! This place has a much higher likability compared to other ramen shops. I have unofficially certified it as a ramen I want to eat three times a week, haha. I was truly impressed after a long time! Thank you for the meal!

I went to the highly anticipated Ramen Great War! I ordered the Pistol Peace Seared Chashu Don with Seabura (pork back fat) and extra noodles x2. The Pistol ramen had a delicious soup with a blend of bonito and soy sauce flavors, along with a hint of scallop sweetness. I added some black pepper for extra flavor. The Seabura topping was highly recommended! The Peace ramen had a light and flavorful bonito broth, which was a favorite for both me and my child. My child even finished the whole bowl! The seared chashu on rice had a wonderful aroma and the combination of tender sweet chashu, spicy green onions, and mayonnaise was amazing. The extra noodles were free but we made sure to order them properly for each bowl of ramen. They don't have a children's ramen option, so I informed them in advance about the extra noodles and extra plate, which worked out well. By the time we left, there was a long line outside, so I recommend going to this restaurant during off-peak hours for lunch or dinner.

I stumbled upon Ramen Great War by chance and it was my first time visiting. I arrived at 2 PM on a Sunday and entered at 3 PM. I think the best time to visit on Sundays is around 3:30 PM when there are fewer people waiting in line. I tried the soup-less ramen with added spicy toppings, and it was delicious as always. The only downside was that every time an employee entered or exited through the back door, there was a large ditch or waterway nearby, so it couldn't be helped. I would prefer if they didn't use the back door. I hope they can come up with a solution for this issue.

Today's ramen!!! At Ramen Daizenshuu, I had the Pistol ramen for 890 yen with an extra topping of back fat for 110 yen. I was able to park easily, but it still took over 30 minutes. I used a free Pistol voucher I received for the grand opening. The half-size refill option probably added to the wait time. It seems like the medium-thick noodles take quite a while to cook, haha.

Ramen Great War Izumi Store, 2nd visit. First, you write your name in a book and then wait in line. When it's your turn, they call your name. Today, I arrived at 1 pm and there were 8 groups ahead of me. The weather was very hot, so I waited in my car until my turn. 30 minutes later, I entered the store. Today, I had the Soupless Soy Sauce Ramen "Rusted Sword" for 890 yen. You can get a free upsize, and up to 5 slices of rare chashu are also free. The rare chashu is arranged around the bowl like flower petals. The combination of soupless soy sauce and rare chashu was great, alternating between the two made for a nice balance. Topped with white leeks and bamboo shoots. If you want a boiled egg, you can add it as an option. It's simple, but the soy sauce dressing is delicious, especially when mixed well from the bottom. During lunchtime, you can get a good deal by adding fried chicken, chashu bowl, gyoza, etc. as a set. Next time, I want to try the Shio (limited quantity) ramen.

The restaurant opens at 11 am, but when I arrived at 10:30 am, I was already 12th in line (30th person). Upon arrival, you write your name on a paper in front of the door and can wait in your car until it opens. Even while waiting, cars kept coming into the parking lot, filling up quickly and forming a line all the way to the road. By the time the first round of orders started, there were already 38 groups in line. When called, everyone gathers in front of the door. If you are not there when called, you will be skipped, so you can't wait until the last minute. After ordering, they ask if you need paper napkins when your ramen arrives, and also offer a hair tie if you want one, which I found very polite. They also bring the requested items like plates promptly, which is helpful. Next time, I want to go during a less busy time, like on a weekday. The Pistol ramen for 890 yen with a half-boiled egg for 121 yen is a must-try in the ramen world. The five slices of chashu are neatly arranged. The thick and firm noodles go well with the soup. The fried chicken you can get as part of a lunch set is also delicious, with a crispy texture and well-marinated flavor.

I visited during the daytime without making a reservation. There was parking available, so I drove there. I sat at the counter and the order came quickly. The taste was light and easy to eat. Thank you for the meal.

Ramen Daizenshu Izumi branch opened in June along the Second Hankai Highway. It is a store mainly for customers arriving by car, with plenty of parking spaces available. Many families visit this restaurant. It is part of the "All Humans Love Noodles" chain. This was my first visit to Ramen Daizenshu, including in Osaka. Arrived at 6:30 PM and had to wait for 10 people in line. Got seated in the restaurant after 20 minutes. Ordered the most popular dish, Pistol Ramen for 890 yen, and the seared chashu rice bowl for 319 yen, totaling 1209 yen. They also offer two types of soy sauce ramen and soupless soy sauce ramen. The rare chashu can be selected from 1 to 5 slices for free. Of course, I chose 5 slices. The thin rare chashu was beautifully arranged around the bowl like flower petals, creating a striking presentation. Half portions of extra noodles are also provided for free. The soy sauce soup, made from chicken bones and shellfish, had a slight sweetness to it. The flavor of the shellfish added to the deliciousness of the soup. The chashu had a slightly salty taste, similar to prosciutto. The seared chashu rice bowl had mayonnaise on top, so it is recommended to eat it after finishing the ramen to fully enjoy the ramen's flavor. It was a delicious bowl of ramen!

I tried the classic pistol and chashu bowl at the restaurant. I think it's quite delicious among the soy sauce ramen. Personally, I would prefer the noodles to be a bit more slurp-worthy. I have a feeling that soon it won't be as crowded on weekdays and you'll be able to eat without waiting too long.

Pistol 890 yen, Half-size replacement (26th) at Don Quijote! I hadn't been here recently. This chain is known for its menma. It goes well with soy sauce-based soup. The noodles are made of whole wheat? They have a smooth texture but a nice firm bite. The soup here is delicious. When you reach the bottom of the bowl, you'll find small pieces of dried scallops greeting you. I want to try all four types available here since it doesn't seem too crowded.
