My wife and I dined together. We ordered a la carte and used a half-price highball coupon. We had white cabbage kimchi, top-grade beef tongue, kalbi marinated in special sauce, lettuce, top-grade beef tripe, black wagyu harami, black wagyu tail with bone, wagyu thigh, homemade wiener. The restaurant has all private rooms. Orders are made through a touch panel. The service is still fast and excellent, with prompt delivery of drinks and dishes after ordering. The staff are also attentive. Smoking is allowed inside the restaurant.

The touch panel always displays the remaining time we can stay. Smoking is allowed inside. We used a coupon that makes the highball, which is normally 440 yen, half price no matter how many we drink. The meat quality is good for the price, such as Kimchi, Sancho, Beef Tongue Kalbi, Upper Mino Harami, Top Kalbi, and Maruchou. The food is served very quickly after ordering. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Visited for the first time with my wife. Made a reservation. We had a private room and ordered using a touch panel. We enjoyed the all-you-can-eat menu with Sancho, beef tongue, kalbi, aged meat, tripe, chicken, beef tail, and more. All the meats were really delicious, especially the aged meat and tripe. The staff's explanations and service were excellent. Although we had a private room, the upper part of the partition was open, so we could hear the conversations from the neighboring room. The meat shop was not as cheap as one would expect. They didn't have liver or Yukhoe, and the Yukhoe was served still frozen in the pack. There were only Bibimbap and no Gukbap dishes available. In the Kalbi tasting, Saga beef was okay, but over 80% of the Hakata beef seemed to be fat, as if the cows were fed only beef fat. The most delicious was probably the aged Wagyu sirloin. Additionally, when my companion tried to order a non-alcoholic drink, the staff, who seemed like a part-timer, said, "We're out of non-alcoholic drinks." So we reluctantly ordered a beer, but later another staff member corrected them, saying they did have non-alcoholic drinks available. It was too late after we had already ordered.

I heard that a famous yakiniku restaurant from Karatsu has finally opened in Hakata and I quickly invited some friends to come and eat there. I was worried if they were open on Sundays, so I called the restaurant to confirm and they said they were open, so I made a reservation. The restaurant is located on the 5th floor of a building across from Pachinko Tamaya. Although there were signs and boards under the building, it might be a bit hard to find. Inside, there were several table seats and private rooms on a raised platform. Since we had made a reservation, a private room was prepared for us. Orders were placed using a touch panel system. The staff's service was very good and they explained everything very politely. The meat arrived and first up was the seared beef sashimi, it was so tender! Next was the classic beef tongue, thinly sliced and a generous portion. Then the Saga beef kalbi arrived, covered in frost, it was delicious and juicy with a hint of sweetness. Next, the maruchou (beef intestine) was served, thinly sliced and cooked quickly, with a delicious taste of fat and a crispy skin. We also ordered the kimchi, which was a great value for the portion size. The Wiener sausages were surprisingly large and satisfying. I recommend trying them. The menu also had curry rice, which I wanted to try next time. The atmosphere was quiet and calming, a hidden gem of a restaurant. I hope they also offer lunch options like the Karatsu main branch. The Karatsu branch had a wide variety of menu items, from set meals to a la carte dishes. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience and I look forward to visiting again.

I have known this restaurant since it was just a small countryside drive-in in Karatsu over 20 years ago. While Karatsu serves food cooked over charcoal, this place uses gas. The quality of the meat is high, and personally, I recommend the thigh meat. The wakame soup is served piping hot. This time, I was eating alone and didn't take any photos.

The service and food were both excellent. I was very satisfied with the variety of Saga beef available. The private rooms were also a nice touch.

You can enjoy Saga beef at a reasonable price. They also offer a comparison between Saga beef and Hakata beef, which is enjoyable! Most importantly, Saga beef is easy to eat even as kalbi, and has a refreshing taste.

Saga beef is delicious after all...!
