Today, I came here. I found a yellow tent roof standing alone along a one-way street scattered with apartments and small factories ((゚∀゚;). I arrived at 12:50 pm... No customers before me, 1 customer after me. The shop, with a lot of experience, gives off a feeling that it's dangerous in the summer. The shop is quite old-fashioned, with the kitchen on the left, a high counter with 6 seats in front, and 3 tables for 4 people on the right. The shop is run by a man in his 70s, while his wife sits quietly without participating. The menu is lined up on the wall with "a la carte, set meals, daily specials," and so on. Although it wasn't on the menu, when I asked, they said they could make it, so I ordered "ramen & half-fried rice." After a while, the fried rice came, followed by the ramen a few minutes later. The fried rice was more like a normal size than half size. It was healthy with less oil, but because the stir-fry was weak, it ended up quite mushy and lacking in flavor, with the rice standing out and the taste quite sparse ((~O~;). Even though it should have been freshly made, it wasn't piping hot, which was also a mystery (ノ∀`) tears. The ramen had a quite dark soy sauce color, with no oil floating on the surface, giving it a clear visual appearance. When I cautiously took a sip, the soy sauce didn't stand out too much, but the taste was not quite there... (~O~;) Hmm, huh? The noodles were thin straight Chinese noodles with a slight wave. They were soft with a good amount of noodles. The toppings included a small, thin slice of pork, 2 bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and green onions. I sprinkled a lot of pepper, left the soup, and finished. In this area, where there are only a few convenience stores, this place is a valuable presence for the workers in the nearby factories. However, it felt like I messed up after a long time (;´Д`)... Thank you for the meal. Personal perspective: Wheelchair accessibility: △, Western-style toilet in the back, no parking available.
