<Driving for Lunch> Our boss loves Chicken Tataki, and this time of year, the conversation always turns to Tataki (laughs). Even though we hardly ever go to McDonald's, the boss's invisible craving for Tataki was in the air. I decided to try it too for the first time in a few years. The bread is different, so fluffy, and the chicken is tender with a hint of ginger. And the cabbage, I see! It's a limited-time treat, isn't it? "Thank you for the meal ☺︎"

In the past, I had a policy of only reviewing large chain restaurants once, as I believed there was little difference between locations. This picture of a "Vegetable Chicken Burger" was kept in storage because of this policy. The burger was introduced when the CEO changed, and it contained corn, carrots, and edamame mixed into the chicken patty for added nutrition. The vegetables were increased in quantity without changing the lettuce and tomato, making the menu healthier while still satisfying. The toasted buns were also well-made. While I would rate McDonald's alone at 3.3 stars, this limited edition item would be rated at 3.6 stars or higher. Looking back at this limited edition item from 6 years ago, I realize that recent new items may not be as impressive, but the constant innovation is enjoyable. Classic menu items like the Big Mac, Double Cheeseburger, and Filet-O-Fish are always a great choice.

The McDonald's in front of Hanazonocho Station is a place I often visit due to work. There are a lot of abandoned bicycles around here, and while they are removed along the wide road, there are still a huge number of bicycles parked on the side street next to the shop, which the Osaka City Transportation Bureau seems unable to do anything about. This time, I had a Happy Meal and Halloween-themed fries. I only had tea.

In the world, there is a thing called "Nishinari prices". It's so cheap that you can't help but buy it, but the only exception is Cafe Chotto. When you hesitate to chill out, look for this! Regardless of the area, the affordable price, McDonald's, is the best choice. Especially in the summer, I had a McDonald's shake two days in a row. The Mixed Berry Small size is 100 yen (tax included). The shake is thick and it doesn't come out easily when you suck it. It has to be this cold! The inside of the store is well air-conditioned, making it a comfortable space. There are quite a few seats, so you can relax. I had a good time. Thank you for the meal.
