At 13:00 on April 2, 2021, in Kadoma City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan, I visited a restaurant called "Ogiya," which I thought was a nearby izakaya but turned out to be an eatery. It was my first time having lunch there. They have a parking lot in front of the store and offer a wide variety of menu items such as udon, soba, and set meals. I tried the tonkatsu set meal (with mini udon) for 900 yen. The lunch menu in this area seems to be priced a bit higher. The tonkatsu was fried well in oil and came with a generous amount of sauce. It was delicious, but the sauce was the dominant flavor. The restaurant has a casual dining atmosphere. When I asked for mustard, it was served in a tube. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.
