It's fried chicken cooked in a sweet soy sauce. The sauce has a thick consistency, and looking at the ingredients, I think it might contain honey. There is a fried chicken shop inside Marushoku. I bought some as a snack while buying meat because they were on sale. 6 pieces for about 300 yen, so around 50 yen each. I prefer the coating to be a bit thinner. The flavor was soy sauce-based.
