I visited a restaurant called "Moisture Dining" for the first time in Kadoma City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. They serve lunch during the day and izakaya-style dishes at night. The interior of the restaurant is decorated for Halloween. The experienced female staff provided great service. I ordered the Moisture Lunch (Yakiniku) for 700 yen. Since they also operate as an izakaya, the seasoning was a bit strong. The meal included a variety of side dishes such as vegetable salad, cherry tomatoes, macaroni, spaghetti squash, simmered pumpkin, a dish similar to Chikuzen-ni, pickles, miso soup, and plenty of rice. It was a hearty and delicious lunch with a homemade feel. By the way, rice refills are free. Thank you for the meal.
