Today, I went on my monthly outing to Tamatsukuri area. While walking behind the Catholic church in Tamatsukuri, I noticed a sign for rolled omelettes and decided to check out the shop. It turned out to be a place specializing in charcoal-grilled chicken thigh meat and rolled omelettes. The ingredients used were Miyazaki chicken and its eggs, as well as vegetables from a farmer in Nara. I decided to order a bento box for a taste test. After visiting the church and other sights, I returned to find my order ready. I was offered the option to eat at a nearby park or at a table in front of the shop, and I chose the table. The rolled omelette had a rich umami flavor, and the grilled chicken thigh meat was delicious with a crispy texture and a hint of yuzu pepper. The eggplant and fried tofu were also flavorful. It was a delightful lunch on a spring day, enjoying the last cherry blossoms in bloom.

This is a takeout-only shop that specializes in charcoal-grilled chicken thigh using parent birds from Miyazaki Prefecture, as well as dashimaki tamago made with Miyazaki Prefecture's specialty eggs. The charcoal-grilled chicken thigh is full of flavor that becomes addictive as you chew (*^ω^*) It goes well with beer or rice. The dashimaki tamago comes in 8 different flavors, with my personal favorites being mentaiko and plum ♡ In addition to the menu, they also offer various side dishes and fresh vegetables that change daily. All of the side dishes are truly delicious. This is my favorite shop.

Charcoal-grilled dishes are very delicious. There are also many different flavors of tamagoyaki that you can choose depending on your mood. The mentaiko tamagoyaki is especially delicious!
