This shop is my wife's favorite. Whenever we visit Osaka, she always asks me to buy something from this shop to bring back home. The shop was closed for a while due to the pandemic, but we finally visited it again recently. I bought some hijiki senbei, which we often enjoy as a snack. I tend to wake up in the middle of the night feeling thirsty if I consume snacks with artificial flavorings, but this product doesn't contain any, so it's reassuring. It's a bit pricey, but it was delicious.

I bought the Natural House exclusive original blend (powder) from the long-established coffee shop in Kyoto, "Tamaya Coffee Shop". "Tamaya Coffee Shop" offers organic JAS certified coffee, so this product is also organic regular coffee. They also had decaf available, which is great for those who prefer a more natural and healthy option. When I opened the package, I didn't smell much of a coffee aroma. Even during the brewing process, I didn't really sense the coffee aroma. I was able to drink it black, almost like drinking water, but I wish it had a bit more flavor. However, it was a coffee that didn't put much strain on my body, being natural and healthy.

I returned to Sendai from Izumo via Osaka Umeda, and stopped by Natural House to get some food for the bus ride. Unfortunately, they didn't have much bread due to the heavy rain, so I ended up buying some items from Sobe's Cafe brand instead. I got the Chibisuke Brown Rice Scone, which had a nice subtle sweetness and a good grainy flavor. It would be great with jam. The Sohei Brown Rice Onigiri Pack was convenient with a long shelf life, but needed to be heated before eating. It could be useful in emergencies. I also bought some 100% Cotton Socks for extra warmth. Overall, I found the products at Natural House to be gentle on the body, and it was convenient to be able to use a gift card. The texture does seem a bit rough, but other than that, I wonder how different it is from the cheap mochi sold at supermarkets. I bought several types of bread and juice to enjoy during my next lunch break or on the bus ride back. - Bread made with rice flour, possibly with mugwort, green tea, or komatsuna. It's a soft green-colored bread. - Domestic spinach bagel. I ate it as is because it was delicious even without heating it up, and it wasn't too hard. - Straight apple juice made from 100% apples. It's a common item in natural food stores, and it's tasty, but the quantity is not very large. - GEN-MY, a type of sweet sake. It has a slightly nutty flavor and is delicious. In the vicinity of Osaka Station (Umeda Station), there are not many natural food stores, except for this one (the one above Lucua seems to be closed), so it's convenient that they are open late. I often stop by when I go to Grand Front. They have a good selection of organic food, so I use it. I don't use cosmetics or detergents at the Sekken level (Sekken is not safe). They offer organic vegetables and fruits. The prices are quite high, but it's still reassuring compared to regular supermarkets. I often buy Muso's milk chocolate (made from organic ingredients, limited winter sales, 60g, individually wrapped, 360 yen) and Alps grape juice. No pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used. Emulsifiers are also not used, so you can eat them with peace of mind. I'm grateful that I can buy Muso's milk chocolate without having to go all the way to Musubi Garden. I use grape juice for communion. 174 yen per bottle. For things that go into the body, on the skin, or are applied, I want to use products made by manufacturers who prioritize safety and know the effects and toxicity of the ingredients. I would feel even more secure if there were technologies to remove harmful substances. I often wish the staff had more smiles and there is an atmosphere that makes it difficult to ask questions. Natural House seems to be expanding nationwide, but the products available vary by store. From a safety-first perspective, I am grateful that there are products that can be used for now.

I visited Natural House Grand Front, which sells organic cosmetics and natural foods. It was my first time shopping there. They had a variety of products like snacks, seasonings, vegetables, and cosmetics. I bought a pudding from Watanabe Farm for 162 yen, which came with separate caramel sauce. It was light and not too sweet, almost like a firm chawanmushi. I also bought NH Black Sesame Senbei for 324 yen as a snack. It was addictive with black and white sesame seeds mixed in. I definitely want to buy it again next time I visit. It was a delicious experience.
