I visited the upscale yakiniku restaurant Gyuuma-san for lunch because they offer reasonable prices. I went to the Dotonbori branch, which is usually crowded with inbound tourists, but due to the impact of the Wuhan coronavirus, there were fewer people and the atmosphere was relaxed. I ordered the Yakiniku Set A for 1580 yen (excluding tax), which came with rice, kimchi, soup, and 100 grams of harami meat. A soft drink was also included as a complimentary service. The harami meat was thick and delicious, and the soup had a unique flavor, possibly made from beef bones. The taste was somewhat Chinese-style, and the rice was average. Overall, I found it difficult to choose between Gyuuma-san and the nearby Ajioshi Chitose store in Tsuruhashi, where they offer a yakiniku set for 980 yen.

I had a slightly luxurious lunch at a delicious yakiniku restaurant, where I enjoyed the Gyumaro beef yakiniku bowl with cold noodles and non-alcoholic beer! The sweet and savory flavor overflowing from the stir-fried beef is amazing. The chewy texture of the cold noodles is also fantastic.
