It arrived in about 5 minutes. The seafood bowl came in a lidded bowl along with red miso soup. The red miso soup had salmon in it. It was a light and flavorful soup. The seafood bowl had ikura in the center, with tuna, squid, shrimp, boiled shrimp, salmon, white fish, scallops, yellowtail, and even tamago underneath. There was a wide variety of ingredients. The shrimp was sweet and firm. The tuna, yellowtail, and other fish had a great texture and were delicious. It was a very satisfying seafood bowl lunch in Tsuruhashi. Thank you for the meal.

Food & Taste: 3.5 The "Kaiko Special Menu" is a creative assortment of 6 pieces. They were all decent, but the Uni Ku beef was a bit tough. My favorite was the sprout onion sea bream. I wish they would put sprout onions in all the sushi. The toppings were all average, but each had excellent flavor variations. The "Fatty Salmon" was soft and crispy. It had no strange elasticity or odor, and it had a good freshness considering it's a conveyor belt sushi. Maybe I'm just a salmon enthusiast, but this was the most delicious. Additionally, individual dishes are as cheap as a typical izakaya (Japanese pub), truly living up to Tsuruhashi's reputation.
