After using the place, I was walking around looking for a lunch spot and noticed a flashy sign. The restaurant was on the second floor. I'm not sure when it opened, but the flyer I saw at the checkout said "Grand Opening," so it must have opened recently. It was quite busy during lunchtime. The place was surprisingly spacious and clean. Even if you're dining alone, they will guide you to a table for four, so you can enjoy your meal in peace. I was tempted by the hamburg steak and the reasonably priced set meals under 1,000 yen, but when it comes to a yakiniku restaurant, I have to go for yakiniku, right?^^ I was thinking of getting the Kalbi set, but I always get hooked when I see the words "most popular" on the menu. (^_^;)
- Kakura Lunch Set (1,628 yen including tax, credit cards accepted), with unlimited rice and soup refills.
- Includes Wagyu Kalbi, Pork Kalbi, Chicken Thigh, etc.
- The Kalbi had a good amount of marbling, making it tender and delicious.
- The Pork Kalbi and Chicken Thigh were tasty, but maybe just the Kalbi would have been enough.
- The Beef Tendon Stew was well-cooked, with the meat being tender and flavorful.
- The rice seemed to be of high quality, with a nice sheen and delicious taste. Refills are available.
- The Wakame Soup was also refillable.
- After the meal, dessert and a drink are included.
- Almond Tofu and Matcha Ice Cream - The almond tofu had a rich almond flavor and was delicious. The matcha ice cream was bite-sized and just right for after the meal.
- For the drink, I chose Grapefruit Juice. The Kalbi was delicious. The stew in the small dish was also tasty, and surprisingly, the rice was delicious for a yakiniku restaurant. (Sorry) I wish they had kimchi. Having dessert and a drink included, with choices for each, might make women happy. ^^
