Shimukurano is famous for its delicious meat, and there are several yakiniku restaurants there. Among them, I think this restaurant is the best! The restaurant is spacious and has a large parking lot. It's recommended to make a reservation because it can get crowded and you may have to wait a bit without one. The meat is all delicious, and the bibimbap was also tasty! However, the "sanchu" is just regular lettuce, haha. I actually asked, "Is this sanchu?" and they replied, "Yes, this is sanchu." So, it's just regular lettuce, but give it a try and see for yourself, haha.

I visited at the end of November 2022. My purpose was to try the famous pork dish in Furano, and all the meats were fresh and delicious. The prices were reasonable as well. The restaurant at New Furano Prince Hotel closed, so I rented a car and went on a trip. I was recommended by my former boss, who enjoys traveling, and has a daughter living in Furano. I always forget to take photos here. I have visited this place several times. It has a clean and neat atmosphere, and the smoke exhaust system works perfectly. They have a great selection of Japanese beef, which is delicious. I tried Japanese beef heart for the first time. It tasted like liver but without any strong smell, and it was delicious. They also serve Yukgaejang soup, cold noodles, and beef salad soup on the side. The cold noodles are really tasty! I recommend sharing a large salad. It can get quite crowded, so I recommend making a reservation in advance.

I think the quality of the beef is not marbled and all-you-can-eat, so I believe it offers good value for money. As you drink alcohol and your stomach gets full, enjoying hormone dishes little by little makes you happy.
