A long-awaited workplace drinking party. The organizer made a reservation at the "Yakiniku HACHIHACHI Daimyo" restaurant. The restaurant is located next to the recently popular Ritz-Carlton in Daimyo Garden City. Colleagues described it as being next to "Tempura Hirao," a famous soul food restaurant in Fukuoka. When we arrived at the restaurant, it seemed like a different name of a yakiniku restaurant... The interior had table seats for 4 people and 6 people, with a slightly renovated atmosphere. Everyone chose their favorite seat and ordered drinks using a touch panel system. With the all-you-can-drink option, we started with a toast. The restaurant was almost reserved exclusively for our party, so it was easy to move around the table for yakiniku. Unfortunately, there was no Japanese sake on the drink menu, so we switched from beer to glass wine and then to shochu. The food included three types of kimchi, salad, yakiniku, soup, and rice. The meat, including tongue, beef, pork, and chicken, was served without any notable quality issues. We enjoyed conversations with our close colleagues while drinking. As for dessert, we can't remember how it was. Thank you for the meal.
