On Saturday, I wanted to go for a run and then have yakiniku, but I didn't want to spend too much money, so I searched and found this place. Two weeks ago, I tried to go on a Saturday evening, but it was fully booked. Undeterred, I called around 2 pm, but no one answered. As a last resort, I went up the stairs to the entrance on the 2nd floor. In between the reserved customers, I waited in line and said "for one person," and was directed to the 3rd floor. The atmosphere was tense as the reserved customers were waiting impatiently. However, I felt lucky to be alone and not have to deal with the waiting time. When I went up to the 3rd floor, I was surprised to find it unexpectedly empty. It was calm with less than 40% of the seats filled after lunchtime. I had found a good time slot, just as predicted by Google's crowdedness forecast. Most likely, there were no instructions like "customers will be going up to the 3rd floor," and the staff seemed to be managing everything on their own. The seating was all sunken kotatsu-style, with tables that could seat around 10 people in 3 rows, and the cushioned seat cushions were fixed in place. There was a clear water pot (all empty upon entry), cabbage, pasta salad, kimchi, curry, rice, and a drink server. The shoe storage height was a bit high, making it a little awkward to reach when seated, but the distance was not a big concern. There was a restroom, but no general slippers, so you had to take off your shoes before entering. This was also surprising, but probably to prevent oil from sticking to the slippers. The inside of the restroom door handle was slightly sticky. There were lunch menus available, but I opted for the all-you-can-eat option, priced at 1,100 yen for 70 minutes or 1,320 yen for 100 minutes. When I ordered the 100-minute option, the staff asked if there were any meats I didn't like, but I couldn't hear clearly and felt a bit confused. I sensed a tense atmosphere among the staff, even though the service was normal. The staff seemed a bit on edge, which I could relate to from past experience working in the food industry. If you don't like feeling that the customer is always right, this may not be the place for you. However, if you can appreciate the hard work of the staff and the value of the restaurant, then this place is recommended. Water was self-serve, but there was no water in the pot, and I returned to my seat with cabbage and kimchi. There was a beer glass left on the beer server's stand, probably from a previous spill. About 7-8 minutes later, the first meat platter arrived. There was only one type of meat available for the all-you-can-eat option, in addition to the tsukune (meatballs). You could order additional items through a QR code on the table, which was a great system. After payment, the menu became inaccessible. You could easily order multiple items through the tablet on the table. Overall, the experience was unique, with a tense atmosphere but efficient service.
