I went to a birthday party for a company employee♪ The vegetables were delicious and you could choose from various types of broth, which was nice. I always choose the Sanratan broth. My favorite dipping sauces are plum ponzu and sesame. I like the pork because it's light. There are plenty of vegetables to eat, so I'm very satisfied.

I visited for lunch, which is rare for me! There are quite a few inbound customers, but the restaurant is spacious so it's not a big deal! I happened to try the new item, a grilled shabu-shabu bento, which was on sale for only 700 yen!! It came with the bento box and a bowl of miso soup, making me feel quite luxurious and excited! The taste was more like grilled meat than shabu-shabu, using meat typically used for shabu-shabu, so it makes sense that it shrinks a bit, but it was delicious! And for 700 yen, the cost performance is amazing. Even for someone like me who can't eat the same thing every day, I could eat this every three days!

Around December 2019, when I checked the website for the Nihonbashi store, there was no lunch menu available. But now, I see that they do offer a lunch menu at the Nihonbashi store. I think Namba has been offering lunch for a while. The total cost, including tax, was 2720 yen. I'm not sure if it's because it was a holiday lunch or if they recently added the lunch menu. The Mixed Sukiyaki costs 2380 yen before tax. The pork is from Italy (Dolce Porco) and the beef is the lowest grade of domestic beef. I added an extra egg for 100 yen before tax. With the sukiyaki sauce and egg, any vegetable tastes delicious. The meat, whether pork or beef, was of good quality. The red heart radish was delicious when it became soft. It's a shame that there was only one piece of tofu. With this amount of food, one egg is definitely not enough. Although the additional menu items were not listed, it was disappointing to be charged extra. For shabu-shabu, you can go to the counter to get various toppings, but there were no toppings available for sukiyaki. I suggest that maybe 2 or 3 toppings should be free. The egg is called "Miyutamago." The udon noodles were thin, and while the flavor was good, the texture and portion size were lacking. The mango sherbet had a nice crunchy texture and was delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the raw meat.

It was my second visit, and since I had lemon soup last time, I decided to try the hot and sour soup this time. It was delicious with the added beaten egg, and I was surprised at how well it complemented the vegetables and meat. The soup was already tasty on its own, but when I asked the staff for recommended condiments, they suggested chili oil and cilantro. I also tried sesame sauce, which was amazing, and then I was told that ponzu sauce and green onions would be a good match, and it was indeed fantastic. I got to enjoy four different flavors! The staff was very helpful and provided a sense of comfort. The udon noodles at the end were also satisfying with the hot and sour soup. My partner had the vegetable soup, which was also delicious. This place is the only place where you can truly enjoy shabu-shabu with such flavorful soups. I look forward to trying the margherita next time!

I was invited to enjoy a luxurious shabu-shabu meal and visited the restaurant near Nipponbashi Station, just a 1-minute walk from the Sakaisuji Line and Kintetsu Sen. I arrived a bit early, so I strolled around the Nipponbashi area, which was bustling with Asian tourists due to the inbound effect. The local people tend to avoid walking through the Kuromon Market and instead take a different route for their daily lives. The person who invited me had already arrived and sent a photo of wine glasses, so I headed to the restaurant. When I entered, there were hardly any other customers, and it felt like a private dining experience. I recommend arriving early or adjusting your visit time to avoid the crowd. The restaurant offers shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and yakiniku using various types of meat and broths. I chose sukiyaki with domestic beef, which was sourced from dedicated producers. The individual heated tables and the overall setup were quite impressive, although it may come with a higher initial cost. The beef I had was exceptionally delicious, tender without any tough parts. I enjoyed it first without the egg, and then with the sweet dipping sauce to make it milder. The beautifully presented vegetables were also delicious, crunchy and refreshing. Overall, it was a delightful and tasty meal.

I love shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, so I went to my usual place and found it full. The staff announced that a second store had opened nearby, so I walked there. The second store was on the second floor of a building, which impressed me. They had more types of hot pot, including grilled shabu-shabu, and 40 different condiments which added to the excitement. I chose the spicy Mala hot pot, even though I don't usually like spicy food. The spiciness here was delicious, especially when paired with ponzu or sesame sauce. My friend had the Sichuan hot pot, which I also tried and found delicious. The udon noodles for the finale were also tasty. Overall, it was a great experience with a variety of options for different tastes. I forgot to take a photo because the food was so delicious.

Shabu-shabu allows you to choose from two types of sauces and enjoy at your own pace since it is a single-person hot pot. I had it at the Namba Grand Kagetsu store, which was full, so I went to the Nihonbashi store within walking distance.

I received such an invitation and walked to Nihonbashi ♫ To cut to the chase, it was more fun than I imagined (^○^) As someone who always eats shabu-shabu alone at home, the idea of having shabu-shabu with everyone was intriguing. And the broth had 8 varieties. You can also enjoy sukiyaki and grilled shabu-shabu ♫ There are always 40 types of condiments available, including sauces like sesame and ponzu, making it incredibly fun! On this day, I chose the hot and sour soup. The men tended to go for sukiyaki. There are 8 types of soups, including spicy, soy milk, margherita, lemon, and dashi with vegetables, among others. You can also enjoy the standard shabu-shabu with sesame sauce and ponzu. The gentleman next to me chose the safe option of dashi, so I thought, "How boring." and ended up choosing lemon (^。^) The table was set with colorful pots and beautiful bouquets of vegetables ❤️ These fresh vegetables really whet the appetite. The meat, as you can see, is premium aged Japanese beef and premium Rokushakubuta pork. It's so enjoyable to cook the glistening meat in the pot for shabu-shabu! Customizing condiments like cilantro, sesame, and ginger, and proceeding at your own pace without having to worry about anyone else, is also great (^○^) On this day, I had the only black wagyu beef in Osaka. First, I tried it in the hot and sour soup, which had a slightly sour taste, mixed with cilantro. The black wagyu beef was incredibly tender and not too heavy. I also tried it in the lemon pot next to me, where the citrus soup tasted like ponzu, and it paired well with the lemon. Then, I tried the pork in the sukiyaki pot next to me and dipped it in egg ❤️ Pork is something you can eat endlessly. In the end, I kept trying different meats in different pots and checking their compatibility with condiments. You can choose between white rice and mixed grain rice for the rice, so you can enjoy a variety of ingredients little by little (^^) Enjoying the meat and vegetables you want at your own pace, trying out different pots with a few people, is also a good idea! Adult solo hot pot is enjoyable for one person or a few people, it's fun (o^^o) Thank you for the meal ♫

This is a restaurant located right near Nipponbashi in Osaka. There is a popular spot called Kuromon Market nearby, especially popular with foreigners. This restaurant specializes in single-person style dining, but also has plenty of table seats available, so it can be used by groups or families as well! You can enjoy shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and yakiniku here. This time, we tried the shabu-shabu. First of all, there are eight types of soup available here. We tried out kombu, dashi, vegetable, soy milk, medicinal spicy, sour and spicy, lemon, and margherita soups. You can easily switch up the soup after having a couple of slices of shabu-shabu, so you won't get bored! Next, the meat options include beef, pork, and a mix of beef and pork. The meat is of high quality and tastes great. Highly recommended. The vegetables are beautifully arranged and we enjoyed eating a variety of vegetables that we don't usually eat. The overall impression is that they carefully select their ingredients, and you can feel the sincerity of the restaurant staff. If you happen to visit Namba or Nipponbashi, please stop by this restaurant.
