I started with horse meat sashimi and had a light drink, but my appetite didn't stop, so I also ordered udon. It had plenty of green onions and tempura flakes on top, and the broth was light yet flavorful, making it very delicious. This time we went to Shabu Mai in Namba's Sotomachi for late-night shabu-shabu! Our orders this time included Chateaubriand steak for 4,200 yen, which came with condiments like mustard seeds, pink salt, and wasabi soy sauce. Personally, I found the wasabi soy sauce to be the most delicious. We also ordered the premium black beef and premium black pork mix course for 3,800 yen per person. The course included black beef and Rokkaku black pork, served with sesame sauce for the beef and vegetables with ponzu sauce for the pork. We also added extra hotpot ingredients: black beef for 2,700 yen, Hinata-jidori chicken for 1,900 yen, half portion of young chicken meatballs for 300 yen, and mozzarella tomato for 900 yen. The cheese flavor in the mozzarella tomato dish was a bit subtle. We might have overeaten a little bit. Thank you for the meal.
