This is a ramen shop that recently opened! They used to serve lunch as well, but now they only open at night. You can't eat before work, but if you go at night, they crush garlic and put lots of spicy leeks in. It's rich and delicious, but sometimes it's lukewarm. The fried rice is also delicious. There are many foreign staff members.

I broke my left foot and it will take 2 months to heal, so I had to wear a cast. I didn't need to be hospitalized, so I used crutches to make my way to the station. I only ate one skewered meatball today because I lost my appetite due to the shock. But if I want to recover quickly, I have to force myself to eat. I decided to take a break and went to a ramen shop that cost only 500 yen. I arrived at 13:55 and sat at a table near the entrance. I ordered the 500 yen pork bone ramen to save money. The taste was not great, maybe because I was feeling down. The soup was a bit thin, the noodles were thin and straight, and the toppings were average. I paid with my mobile wallet and then tried to take the subway, but it was too difficult for me so I had to take a taxi. The driver seemed unfamiliar with the route and got lost, so I didn't arrive home until after 4:00 PM.

I visited Ramen Shinonome-tei in Nihonbashi to try their famous sesame miso ramen at 2 am. I was determined to try it after reading about it on Tabelog. I ordered the noodles firm. In July of the 4th year of Reiwa, the business hours are weekdays: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm to 6:00 am (next morning). Weekends (holidays): 11:00 am to 6:00 am (next morning). Sesame miso ramen for 770 yen. You can enjoy it deliciously until the end by changing the taste with seaweed, chives, and garlic on the table. It's convenient and appreciated that they are open until early morning.

Personally, when it comes to sesame miso, I think of Shinonome-tei. Shinonome-tei in Hankyu Tsukaguchi had an outpost in Nihonbashi during the pandemic. Their main sesame miso ramen has a well-balanced flavor of miso and sesame, with a satisfying texture. The soup has a flavor that doesn't get old, and I found myself going back many times when they were in Tsukaguchi. This time, I chose the clam miso ramen. In addition to the umami of sesame miso, there is a subtle deliciousness from the flavor of clams and salt. The fried rice is also substantial and doesn't lose to the ramen. It's somewhat unusual to dip the gyoza in miso sauce. I usually add rice to the sesame miso soup and savor every bit of it. The taste is just like the Tsukaguchi main store! Despite opening during the pandemic, I hope they continue to do well.

Yesterday, I tried a challenge menu at the third place I visited, where if you finish the meal in 15 minutes, they take a commemorative photo of you in the restaurant. I did it on a whim while drunk and finished easily in less than 10 minutes. My photo is now displayed somewhere in the restaurant. The staff, who I think are Chinese, were very friendly and left a good impression. I had the following:
- Super Spicy Ultra Mega Sesame Miso Dipping Noodles: 1200 yen
- Plenty of Vegetables: 220 yen
- Mini Fried Rice Set: 165 yen

I am "Noronori" and I mainly go around eating lunch in Sakai. I visited a restaurant around 12:40. There was one male customer and no one else. There were two male staff members, I think one of them was Chinese. I couldn't tell if the person in the kitchen was Chinese because they didn't talk. I added 140 yen to get the clam sesame miso ramen with a bit of spiciness. The soup was delicious! It had just the right amount of spiciness. People who like spicy food might want it even spicier. I hope they will take on the challenge of making it ultra spicy (^^)/ Thank you for the meal.

Visited on a regular night with 2 other customers present. The restaurant has a few tables along with counter seats and is quite spacious. Since it hasn't been open for long, it looks clean. I sat at the counter and ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen for 825 yen. The staff seemed to be Chinese. The ramen arrived in about 3 minutes. It looked like a slightly oily Tonkotsu Ramen. The soup had the classic flavor of Tonkotsu Ramen that you might have tasted somewhere before. The broth wasn't too thick. The noodles were thin straight noodles, typical of Hakata-style ramen. They were slightly firm and had a good texture. The toppings included 3 slices of chashu, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and one soft-boiled egg. Overall, it was a standard Tonkotsu Ramen that would appeal to most people.

It's a new restaurant, opened about two months ago. It's located near Nihonbashi Station, along Sakaisuji. I couldn't have lunch there that day, so I discovered it in the evening and went inside. There is no ticket machine, so I just sat at a table. There are 12 counter seats and 6 tables for 4 people each. The staff, who seemed to be from a different continent, spoke Japanese just well enough, but they were very polite. There was a pitcher of oolong tea on the table instead of water, which made me happy. I looked at the menu, and it seemed like their recommended dish was sesame miso ramen. They also had tsukemen, and you could choose from 4 levels of spiciness for both. They also had tonkotsu, salt, and soy sauce ramen. I ordered the hamaguri sesame miso ramen for 990 yen and a mini fried rice for 165 yen. The taste was just normal, but delicious. It was good. It had plenty of clams, and clam broth was added to the soup. The noodles were slightly chewy. I didn't have any particular thoughts about the fried rice. Thank you for the meal.

A new ramen shop opened without me realizing it. They speak Japanese, so maybe the owners are Japanese? They started with sesame miso ramen, but they plan to offer soy sauce, salt, and tonkotsu ramen in the future, so it's a bit unclear what the main focus is. I tried the regular sesame miso ramen, which you can customize with extra vegetables or spiciness. The ramen had a generous amount of chashu and the sesame was sprinkled on top without being ground. The noodles were thin, so the service was quick. The broth was light for a miso ramen, with a mild richness. I think thick noodles would go well with it. Overall, it's a good choice for a satisfying bowl of ramen. They are having a grand opening sale until January 31st, where you get free fried chicken or rice with a ramen order, but I didn't receive any special service.

Sesame Miso Ramen (Pork Bone + Miso 770 yen) ★★★☆
The soup is a miso flavor based on pork bone. The noodles are thin straight noodles. The toppings include pork belly chashu, minced chicken, green onions, and bean sprouts. This shop is a branch of "Ramen Shinonome-tei" located in Amagasaki City, and it opened on January 8th near Osaka Metro Nipponbashi Station. I visited early based on information from a weekend slot. The soup, made from pork bone with added oil, has a hint of sesame flavor as an accent, and is finished with a slightly sharp miso sauce for a rich taste. The noodles have a firm texture and a smooth throat feel. The medium-thick, thinly sliced chashu comes with three pieces, and is soft and well-seasoned, making it delicious. You can enjoy different flavors with the provided garlic crusher, garlic chives, seaweed, pepper, and chili oil.【Main Menu】Sesame Miso Ramen: 770 yen Sesame Miso Vegetable Ramen: 990 yen Sesame Miso Clam Ramen: 1100 yen Sesame Miso Special Ramen: 1320 yen Salt Ramen: 770 yen Soy Sauce Ramen: 770 yen Wonton Noodles: 770 yen Pork Bone Ramen: 825 yen Clam Salt Ramen: 990 yen Soy Sauce Mixed Noodles: 935 yen Sesame Miso Dipping Noodles: 830 yen Salt Dipping Noodles: 880 yen Morning: +550 yen Spicy: +140 yen Super: +220 yen Ultra: +370 yen Noodle Extra Portion: +110 yen Noodle Large Portion: +165 yen Extra Noodles: +165 yen Chashu: +330 yen Seasoned Egg: +110 yen Winged Dumplings: 385 yen

"I visited the newly opened Ramen Shinonome-tei Nihonbashi Main Store on January 8th. This store is a franchise of Ramen Shinonome-tei in Tsukaguchi, Amagasaki, with the nearest station being Kintetsu Nihonbashi Station. The menu includes: Sesame Miso Ramen - 770 yen, Sesame Miso Vegetable Ramen - 935 yen, Clam Sesame Miso Ramen - 990 yen, Sesame Miso Char Siu Ramen - 1100 yen, Sesame Miso Special Ramen - 1320 yen, and various other options. The broth is made from pork bones and animal ingredients, with a low viscosity miso soup base and a slight sesame and spicy chili flavor. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles with a good texture. The char siu is tender and well-seasoned. There are also condiments available on the table to adjust the flavor. Overall, the ramen has a rich and creamy taste with a good balance of flavors. There are also set menu options available for a good value."
