I visited a trendy smoke parlor in the bustling area of Ura Namba, which opened just last month and is already gaining a lot of attention. When I arrived at the store around 7:30 pm, the door was open, and the spacious interior was almost full. I was glad I had made a reservation. I was seated at a table and immediately ordered from the intriguing menu: - Strongest Smoked Highball Talisker 10 Year Highball: A must-order for highball lovers. It is smoked right in front of you and then mixed with carbonated water. The aroma was amazing, and it was incredibly delicious. - Appetizers: You can choose one from a selection of appetizers. I chose the recommended "Quail Smoked Egg" and "Eggplant Tempura Soaked in Sauce", and they were both excellent. The quail was particularly delicious. - Smoked Platter: A luxurious platter with various smoked items like potato, cream cheese, bacon, sausage, chicken, and smoked edamame. Each item was outstanding, especially the cheese and sausage. - Broccoli and Anchovy Farfalle: The broccoli and anchovy added a perfect balance of saltiness and umami to the chewy farfalle pasta. It was incredibly delicious. - Today's Carpaccio: The mackerel and salmon salad had a generous portion and was light and refreshing with a tasty dressing. - Skewers: The ham and shishito pepper skewer was juicy and delicious, while the heart skewer had a unique texture and a good flavor. - Charcoal Grilled: The celery was juicy and had a pleasant elasticity, while the thick-cut smoked beef tongue with smoked salt was flavorful. - Tempura of Seaweed and Corn: The hot and crispy tempura with the texture and sweetness of corn combined with the flavor of seaweed was delicious. - Salmon Roe Charcoal-Grilled Onigiri: The onigiri with plenty of salmon roe was satisfying, and the charcoal-grilled rice ball was fluffy and flavorful. - Smoked Bacon Carbonara: The rich and delicious carbonara with smoked bacon was the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, every dish was delicious, and I was very satisfied. The staff's service was excellent, and I had a pleasant dining experience. Just take three steps down Nansan Street and you'll find the next fun izakaya to enter♪♪ Starting at Yame Komachi, take a turn down a side street and you're there♪ The sign is cute and the place is bustling, so I had to go in and check it out! The appetizers were cute and fun to eat!! It was hard to choose what to order, but I made a quick decision haha. I was a little tipsy, so I don't remember what we ordered for the photos, but the portion sizes were just right, not too much to eat. It's easy to order even at the second spot, and they have rice dishes too, so it's definitely recommended for the first spot as well!! The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making it a great time✨✨ I ended up running to catch the last train after a long time! On the train, I saw a lady smiling and giggling like crazy, and I thought she must have had a really fun time haha. It was truly a fun day♪

I had the Asabimaru Half (550 yen tax included) and the appetizer (330 yen tax included). You can choose your favorite from 5 different appetizers! The beer poured into the shiny Asabimaru glass has a fine foam and is very delicious! The Fuu Ultimate Smoked Assortment (1,738 yen tax included) includes edamame, potato salad, salmon tartare, smoked chicken, smoked cheese, and sausage. I love smoked dishes, so this assortment is truly the best! The smell of smoke is very nice, and once you start eating, you can't stop because it's so delicious. The Maruf Half & Half (550 yen tax included), Today's Carpaccio (1,188 yen tax included) with salmon, cutlassfish, bonito, smoked dressing. Eating fresh sashimi with smoked dressing is the best! Scallops Confit with Corn Sauce (748 yen tax included) - the slightly grilled scallops are firm and delicious with the rich corn sauce! Maruf Black Draft (550 yen tax included), Assorted Skewers (630 yen tax included) with squid legs, negima (chicken and green onion), bacon. The large skewers have a satisfying texture, and charcoal-grilled skewers are the best! Unwrapped Shrimp Wonton (638 yen tax included) - the slightly spicy wonton is firm and addictive! Grilled Rice Ball with Plenty of Salmon Roe (528 yen tax included) - the large rice ball is fluffy and full of salmon roe.
