Used as a final drink after drinking alcohol. It was called "Shiawase Ramen," but when I tried it, it was just a normal tonkotsu ramen, with a taste that was neither good nor bad. Priced at 750 yen per bowl, it is relatively cheap, and the large serving of noodles is free, so the cost performance is quite good.

I stopped by because I was feeling a bit hungry. The restaurant mainly serves tonkotsu ramen and seafood-based tsukemen. This time, I tried the tsukemen. Overall, it wasn't bad, but the noodles weren't tasty. They seemed to be either spoiled or powdery and had a rough texture. The color of the noodles also didn't look good. The soup and chashu pork were okay. I felt like the soup was a bit sharp.

I am "Noronori," who mainly walks around eating lunch, mainly in Sakai. The original source is https://ameblo.jp/norinoribenben20072000/entry-12783353296.html. All ramen come with free extra noodles anytime! I ordered the "Happiness Ramen" for 750 yen with extra noodles. It was a cute one-man show by the friendly owner. The soup was delicious (`ー´)ノ, with a light chicken and pork bone soy sauce base. The chashu pork was so tender that it crumbled when picked up with chopsticks. The owner's service was kind and very pleasant. I won't go into details, but it was definitely a happy ramen! Thank you for the meal.

"I visited the newly opened "Katsuya Tobita Shinchi Store" on December 28th last year. This restaurant is a franchise of Arakawa Food Service's "Tonkichi" and is located in the former "Menya Ryusho Tobita Shinchi Store" near Imazuku Station on the Hankai Line. The menu includes: "Happiness Ramen - 750 yen", "Salt Tonkotsu Ramen - 750 yen", "Tantanmen - 800 yen", "Pork Bone and Seafood Tsukemen - 900 yen", "Simmered Egg - +120 yen", "Extra Chashu - +300 yen", "Extra Noodles - +150 yen". The soup is a blend of pork bone and chicken broth with a low viscosity, topped with back fat and a rounded soy sauce base that is not too sharp. It has a mellow and flavorful taste with a mild pork bone flavor. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles with a good texture and moderate firmness. The chashu pork is tender and well-seasoned. Extra noodles are offered for free. You can also adjust the flavor using the pepper, garlic chips, and chili oil provided on the table."

Happiness Ramen (Tonkotsu + Soy Sauce 750 yen) at Katsuya Tobita Shinchi Store - Happiness Ramen ★★★☆
The soup is a tonkotsu-based broth with soy sauce and pork fat. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles. The toppings include sliced pork belly chashu, green onions, bamboo shoots, and a boiled egg. This restaurant is a franchise of the Butagumi group, and it opened on December 27th last year at the former location of "Menya Ryusho Tobita Shinchi Store" in Tobita Shinchi. I visited promptly based on information from Maki-san. The soup is made from a blend of tonkotsu and chicken bones, with a moderate amount of oil and a rich flavor from the pork bone broth without any unpleasant smell. The noodles have a good firmness and a pleasant texture. They offer a free extra noodle service. The medium-thick chashu slices are tender and well-seasoned, making them very delicious. You can enjoy different flavors by adding pepper, chili oil, or garlic provided on the table.
