I found a hidden gem of a cost-effective lunch near Yuhigaoka Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line, just a 4-minute walk away! The place is child-friendly and the manager's customer service is fantastic, making me a fan after just one visit! I tried the Salted Chicken Rice Bowl for 880 yen, and added an egg for 100 yen. I also had the Beef Tripe Hot Pot Set for 1980 yen, and a side dish of Kangaroo Fillet for 1480 yen. The salted chicken rice bowl was amazing with the scrambled eggs, so adding an egg is a must! The chicken thigh meat was juicy and tasted perfect with the salted sauce. The tripe hot pot was full of chewy tripe and the soup was delicious. I also added the recommended Kangaroo Fillet, which was a hit! Despite being lean, it was tender and juicy, releasing meat juices with every bite. Kangaroo meat is not commonly found in Osaka, so it was a rare treat! The kangaroo at Murajuku in Yotsubashi is also delicious!
