Thinly sliced beef tendon is delicious. Some people might come here just for that. I've only eaten it here, but I got hooked on it. The tendon here is recommended. The rest of the menu is just okay. I also ordered the cold noodles, but the taste was a bit lackluster. However, since I came here for the tendon, it's not a problem! LOL

The grilled meat at this restaurant looks amazing and tastes delicious, and the plates are also very beautiful! The yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) was tasty and had a luxurious feel. I also ordered other dishes besides the ones in the photos, but I forgot to take pictures because I was too focused on the beautiful plates. I highly recommend the seared yukhoe and the truffle and foie gras chawanmushi - they are a must-try! The recommended negi-tan sandwich was good, but I might have overcooked it a bit. The uni with beef was okay, but it wasn't my favorite. Overall, everything I tried was delicious. There is no parking available, so please use a nearby parking lot. The stylish presentation and plating, along with the quality of the meat, leave me very satisfied. The staff's service is also good, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is great for a date. There are also tatami seating areas, making it great for families with children. Let me tell you upfront, this place is a winner. The quality of the meat is probably the best around. The appearance and taste of the golden sparkling yakiniku are superb. The meat juices are so delicious that you don't even need sauce on the table. The meat is so delicious that it's cooked simply to bring out the flavor. The truffle rice and truffle chawanmushi are a must-try at the beginning. The strong taste and aroma of truffle, along with plenty of meat, mushrooms, and rice in a clay pot, is unbeatable. The mythical yukke is best enjoyed on rice. Don't hesitate to order a large portion of rice. The meat staircase that everyone will want to take a picture of is included in the course menu, with uni, meat sushi, and negi-tan sandwich. Ordering the course menu and adding individual items is a cost-effective and recommended ordering method. Although it's a newly opened restaurant, it has been full since after 6 pm, so reservations are recommended. The owner's love for meat is evident in every aspect of the restaurant. It's a truly delicious and luxurious moment of happiness. I definitely want to come back soon.

☆Yakiniku Kitamatsu Shinsaibashi Store☆
I was curious about the abundance of flowers at Shinsaibashi Gourmet Queens Court, so I looked it up. I immediately visited the Kitamatsu Shinsaibashi store in Kobe and had a great time. We arrived a bit early around 5 pm, and a private room was available, so we used it! The interior is stylish and suitable for dates or entertaining (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑
On this day, we celebrated a friend's return with the extravagant Gold Course for ¥16,500. We ordered the full course, and the menu seemed to have changed a bit due to the same-day reservation. The dishes included kimchi, namul, salad, saltwater loin, saltwater tongue (added), truffle yukhoe, truffle and foie gras chawanmushi, assorted grilled dishes, tongue sandwich, premium harami, uni and meat sushi, chateaubriand, two types of hormone, truffle clay pot rice, and cold noodles (changed to tail soup).
It was a truly luxurious meat course! The kimchi was delicious, and the saltwater loin and tongue were irresistible. The truffle chawanmushi was so delicious that I fell in love with it. The tower of meat and sushi that came later was amazing and definitely Instagram-worthy. The chateaubriand was top-notch, and the truffle clay pot rice was a must-try.
We couldn't have enough of the food, and the private room allowed us to relax and enjoy. My partner was also delighted. I would love to have the truffle clay pot rice again. It was a wonderful dining experience.
