I left JR Shinjuku Station South Exit and headed to Mylord. There is a restaurant on the 7th floor of Mylord. I had omurice at the Western-style restaurant. (Comes with soup) The fluffy and creamy egg perfectly matched the chicken rice, making it a delightful dish for omurice lovers. I like to first eat the part without ketchup, savoring the original taste of the omurice, and then add ketchup to enjoy the flavor twice. Personally, I prefer the simple and classic style of omurice. Next, there are options like cheese-filled omurice with demiglace sauce, tomato cream sauce with gooey cheese, and omurice doria. I wanted to order drinks and dessert, so I went for the value set. (+400 yen) The set includes Caesar ham salad + choice of drink + choice of dessert. For the drink choices, there are options like coffee (hot or iced), cafe latte (hot or iced), hot tea (lemon or milk), iced tea (lemon or milk), iced oolong tea, Coca-Cola, orange juice (100% juice), apple juice (100% juice), and iced royal milk tea. I chose hot coffee. For dessert choices, I had Ricotta cheese souffle with raspberry sorbet. The souffle had a subtle sweetness of Ricotta cheese, which cheese lovers would enjoy. The raspberry sorbet was also delightful for berry lovers. Let me explain the difference between sorbet and sherbet. Sorbet is made by freezing only fruits or fruit juice, while sherbet is made by adding egg white, milk, gelatin, etc. to fruit juice. In addition to the value set (+400 yen), there are options for choice of drink (+120 yen), Caesar ham salad (+100 yen), and choice of dessert (+250 yen). This omurice chain restaurant is quite common and easily accessible. It is a recommended restaurant for omurice lovers.
