Yoichi Garden House. Although it is limited to weekdays, the seafood bowl that can be eaten for less than 1,000 yen stands out! Great value for money! And the salmon soup for 110 yen was delicious! On a certain weekday, I arrived at 11:05, but there was already a line... Did I make a mistake!? I thought, but I was able to be seated at 11:26 and the food was served 3 minutes after ordering. From opening to full house, it takes about 25 minutes for the first round of serving, and then it speeds up as people finish eating. If you don't line up before 11:00, depending on the situation, if you line up around 11:10-15, you may be able to eat around 11:30-35. It depends on the situation of the day... The chef's skills are amazing, fast, and meticulous. I skipped breakfast that day and faced the challenge with full determination. As mentioned at the beginning, the food was served at 11:30. I looked at the bowl placed in front of me and felt a bit overwhelmed... Alright, let's do this. I didn't have time to take a picture of the salmon soup that was brought out later, but it was so rich and delicious. The seafood bowl included tuna, fresh octopus, mackerel, salmon, sweet shrimp, fresh squid, salmon roe, flying fish roe, and tamago (egg) - 9 different toppings!! There might have been scallops too... I was so focused on eating that I honestly don't remember what I ate. The rice was slightly sweetened vinegar rice, and there was plenty of it - maybe more than a bowl's worth. They pressed it down tightly when serving (laughs). Of course, it's a delicious seafood bowl, but it's also a battle with yourself. Tuna ⇒ Delicious tuna. Higher quality than average. The rich flavor makes the rice go down well. Octopus head ⇒ Fresh and tasty!! The octopus head unique to the port town of Yoichi is delicious. Squid ⇒ Also fresh!! Recently, it's been rare to have the chance to eat delicious squid, but this one was tasty. Mackerel ⇒ Good shime saba (pickled mackerel). I'm not good with oily fish, but I enjoyed it. Salmon ⇒ The fattiness was just right, and it goes well with the rice. Salmon roe ⇒ Happy ikura (salmon roe). Popping the roe in your mouth is a joy. Flying fish roe ⇒ The crunchy texture is enjoyable. Recently, the price of flying fish roe has gone up at the supermarket nearby. It's generous and satisfying. Sweet shrimp ⇒ Only one tail, but better to have it than not. When you think of Yoichi, you think of sweet shrimp! Tamago ⇒ This is the one for sushi egg! Priced at 950 yen. The price hasn't changed since my review in September last year. Many things have become more expensive since then, so I hope they don't push themselves too hard. Personally, I think the volume and quality are worth 1,200 yen. The ingredients in the 110 yen soup are still jumbo-sized. The daikon radish and sweet potato are large and filling. Phew!! Full!! Satisfied. Including the soup, it's 1,060 yen. It's too cheap. The line is understandable. I will visit again.
