I went to "Tamago to Watashi" in Shibuya Hachiman Street, which I had been curious about for a while. Their eggs are in souffle style, fluffy and light! The fluffy omelette rice with a thick demi-glace sauce is seriously delicious. It was quite crowded during lunchtime, so if you're interested, it's better to come early.

I visited a chain restaurant that I had been to in another location about 10 years ago. It was crowded, possibly due to being located in a commercial facility. The seating was a bit cramped, but I was lucky to get a seat at the edge. The seats in the middle, between people, felt particularly tight. There were also counter seats for solo diners, making it easy for individuals to dine alone. I ordered the souffle omelette rice with beef and mushroom demi-glace sauce. It was nice to have the option of choosing between a regular creamy omelette and a souffle type. I also added a set menu with salad and a drink. The salad, which cost an additional 120 yen, was quite small. I tried to convince myself that it was a good deal because it included ham. The drink had a lot of ice, and the glass was small, so it didn't last long. However, for an additional 130 yen, it was a decent substitute for a cafe. The omelette rice itself was fluffy and delicious. The rice was a bit firm, which I liked. I remember thinking that it was quite tasty the last time I ate here, and thankfully, this recent experience didn't overwrite that good memory. The total cost was around 1400 yen. Considering it was dinner in Shibuya with a drink included, it felt relatively cheap.

I finally got to visit this restaurant that always had a long line and I was curious about. When I saw the photos, even the large portion didn't seem like a lot, so I ordered the large size. However, the portion was actually bigger than I expected, and the rice was packed all the way to the inside of the egg, it was really delicious. I would like to try the souffle omelette rice when I have time again.

The omurice restaurant, Souffle Omurice, offers great value for money. It would be quite time-consuming to make it yourself, so being able to eat it at this price is a high cost performance. The portion was quite generous and I left feeling full. The dessert, creme brulee, was also delicious. The only downside was the soup that came with the set, which was the typical too salty consomme soup found in many family restaurants.

It was crowded during lunchtime, so I had to wait in line for a bit. The cheese was really melty and the demi-glace sauce was delicious. I ran out of sauce, so I ended up eating with ketchup. The Ice Royal Milk Tea wasn't too rich or too sweet, but it was tasty.

I imagined that when I cut the egg in half in the Demi-glace omurice, the egg would cascade down like a snow avalanche, but in reality, the omelette cut in half was fluffy like mousse. It didn't feel like I was eating eggs, more like a foamy texture. It cost around 1200 yen, but I wonder how many eggs they used. I was disappointed because I was expecting a cafe-like experience and the dish didn't have much substance. The portion of the omurice itself was a bit small. The beef tongue was very tender.

I suddenly had a craving for omurice, so I decided to come here! I heard that their specialty is the fluffy omurice, so I ordered that. It was really fluffy and surprising. I wish they had more varieties and toppings for the omurice though.

I entered the restaurant around 11:30. It was my first time there. I ordered the souffle omelette rice set which came with soup, salad, drink, and dessert. The souffle omelette rice was really fluffy and delicious. The chicken rice was also tasty and I finished it in no time. It was a perfect omelette rice that I couldn't find any fault with! The dessert I chose was fondant chocolate. It came with vanilla ice cream on top. The fondant chocolate had a caramel sauce inside that was a bit greasy and not to my liking. I should have chosen the cheesecake instead! Thank you for the meal.

There were no mistakes, and as always, the food was delicious. This location was quite empty, so I was happy to be able to get in right away and relax. Even though it's right in the middle of Shibuya, for first-time visitors, I recommend trying the souffle dishes! The limited-time menu items are always delicious too.

I found an omurice specialty restaurant near the scramble intersection in Shibuya, while passing by feeling hungry. The restaurant had tight seating arrangements with no infection prevention dividers. I stopped by in the late afternoon and saw a few solo female diners. The place was packed with a high percentage of female customers.
I ordered the omurice at the Western-style restaurant (900 yen), with a large portion (100 yen) and a Caesar ham salad (120 yen). There was a system where you could add salad, drink, dessert, etc. for a little over 100 yen. I ordered the Caesar ham salad, which was so simple that I hesitated to take a photo of it. There were various types of omurice on the menu, but I chose the simple ketchup omurice. The yellow and red colors stood out beautifully on the pure white plate. It was a simple and clean dish that looked great. The large portion was a good deal at 100 yen. The taste was good, but the chicken rice inside lacked enough ingredients, and personally, I would have liked it to have more richness, maybe with butter or something. The name of the restaurant seemed a bit disrespectful to a proper Western-style restaurant that does its job well. It felt more like omurice from a family restaurant chain.
After checking their website, I realized that it was part of a certain chain, which made sense. It was an omurice restaurant that prioritized its convenient location and simplicity over a unique and special taste that you might expect from a specialty store. The large portion was satisfying, so I would recommend it to hungry men as well. They have very early opening hours and serve food throughout the day, so if you want a quick omurice in Shibuya, this is the place to go.

I stopped by this restaurant during a little break time when I wanted to eat something. The fluffy omurice turns into a souffle when you break it, and it goes perfectly with the sauce and chicken rice. The soup that came with the set was also really delicious, I wanted to have seconds. I want to go again next time with my friends!

Shibuya [Tamago to Watashi] - The souffle omelette doria was easy to eat and delicious until the end. It came with salad and soup for just under 1500 yen, so it was a great deal. The doria inside was also delicious with plenty of cheese. The dessert was also delicious!

Shibuya is always bustling with lots of people. Naturally, there are many restaurants in the area. It seems like there are a lot of restaurants catering to young people, given the youthful vibe of the city. Among them, a sign catches the eye - "Omelette Rice Specialty Store". Omelette rice...sounds good once in a while.
I decided to visit "Egg and Me Shibuya Hachigai Store" for a long-awaited omelette rice meal. It seems to be a chain of omelette rice specialty stores. Egg and me...me and egg...me&egg. Since it's a store specializing in omelette rice, I naturally ordered omelette rice, but I found a menu item that caught my attention. "Fluffy Souffle Omelette Rice" - what a delicious-sounding name! So, without hesitation, I decided on the Souffle Omelette Rice. I was looking forward to seeing what kind of omelette rice would be served.
And in such a restaurant, there is always a "set menu". So, I ordered the "Full Set" which comes with a drink, salad, and dessert for an additional 400 yen. It feels luxurious to have a drink, salad, and soup served first.
The Souffle Omelette Rice with beef and mushroom demiglace sauce (1,000 yen) arrived, and just looking at it made me feel the fluffiness. Let's break the egg. Wow! This is what fluffy omelette rice looks like! The combination of the fluffy egg and the flavorful demiglace sauce is excellent. The texture feels like eating meringue, and it's unlike any omelette rice I've had before. Delicious.
Finally, dessert time. You can choose from cheesecake, creme brulee, or fondant chocolate, and this time I chose the fondant chocolate. The contrast between the rich hot chocolate and the cold vanilla ice cream is exquisite. I don't often visit chain stores, but it's true that they offer tasty food at affordable prices. When you crave fluffy omelette rice, it's time to go to Egg & Me...no, it's time to go to Egg and Me!

I went with a friend. The interior was very cute and relaxing. We had to wait a bit for the food, but the freshly made omurice was delicious. There are various menu options. Definitely stop by and try it out. I had the one with white sauce, it was creamy and rich, very tasty. My companion was a boxer who is 2 years younger, he was eating the smallest size plain one and kept talking about calories forever, kind of awkward. By the way, after the meal, he walked me to Yoyogi to burn calories in my high heels, seriously, unbelievable.

I wanted to eat steak with omelette rice, but it was a little late for lunch and there were no good restaurants around the station. I also wanted to eat beef bowl at the neighboring restaurant, but it seemed to be sold out. So, I decided to go to this restaurant because it had steak in it. However, when the dish arrived, it was not as voluminous as shown in the picture and something seemed off. The portion of meat was small. The taste was okay, but it felt like the meat was just an addition to the omelette rice. It's better to focus on the omelette rice when choosing a menu at this restaurant, rather than expecting a lot from the meat. After finishing the meal, I felt somewhat satisfied but the satisfaction level from the meat was low, and I ended up feeling like I just had omelette rice. Also, the fact that it cost over 1000 yen was a bit disappointing.

I was curious and finally visited for the first time~^_^ I went alone as usual on a Friday around 6 o'clock. I was indecisive but ended up choosing the Souffle Omelette Doria with shrimp, broccoli, and tomato cream. It came with a full set that included a choice of drink, a mini Caesar salad, soup, and a choice of dessert. I chose an iced Royal Milk Tea for the drink and Cream Brulee and Sorbet for dessert. The drink was served first. Then the drink, salad, and soup arrived. They were all pretty average in taste. The salad was small, and the soup came in a small cup. If you order the dessert alone, it's around ¥370? So, for a little over 100 yen more, you get the bonus of salad, soup, and a drink - that's the kind of value you get. It didn't feel like a great deal, just fair for the price. And then the Souffle Omelette Doria arrived! It was fluffy and piping hot. It looked smaller than other omurice dishes, but it's just the right size for an average woman, I think. It was a bit small for me though... haha. Later, I noticed the people at the next table ordered a large serving of omurice, but I think it might be difficult to have a large serving with Doria because of the size of the container. If you want more quantity, I recommend the regular omurice or souffle omurice. The taste was quite delicious. I ate while blowing on it to cool it down. As soon as I finished, dessert arrived. The Cream Brulee was delicious! The sorbet was really just one bite. Payment was cash only. With the move towards cashless transactions, I wonder if that's okay. I was worried too because I had very little cash on me today. ===========

Today I had lunch in Shibuya, where the vibe was 200% "away". I found a food building near 109 and decided to try the most intriguing place, called "Egg and Me". The souffle omelette rice was delicious and exactly as I had imagined. The taste, presentation, and the location in Shibuya all combined make the 900 yen price tag fantastic!

I was hungry in Shibuya, and in front of me was Hachigai Street... I remembered seeing this restaurant before... Eggs and I... I think I've been here before. The menu had an omelette rice, but I saw a souffle lasagna... What's this? It caught my interest, so I decided to try it. It had a fluffy egg texture, which was surprisingly good. The lasagna underneath had a rich flavor. Maybe having egg on top of lasagna is a bit strange? I think I should have just ordered a regular omelette rice... but it was still delicious, so it was a good experience. However, I still think the souffle at Doutor Coffee was better. Thank you for the meal.

I found a fluffy omelette in the gourmet town of Shibuya and decided to stop by. The restaurant was bustling with many female customers, and in the kitchen, there were several large whisks where staff were carefully cooking omelettes one by one. The dish I ordered looked exactly like the menu picture - a plump omelette with a bubbly texture reminiscent of mousse, light and delicious. It was a wonderful memory!

I thought it was smaller than I expected, but when I tried it, the size and quantity turned out to be just right. It actually filled me up quite well! What surprised me the most was the souffle-like texture that melts in your mouth as soon as you bite into the egg. It was by far the most souffle-like egg dish I've ever had in my life. I ordered the one with cream risotto underneath the egg, and it was also exquisite. The combination with the egg was perfect. We had to wait a bit in line, but we were able to get inside the restaurant quickly once we started chatting, so it didn't feel like a long wait. I had imagined the seating to be cramped with little space between tables, but it wasn't as bad as I had expected.
