I visited a kimchi shop in Ikuno Koreatown. They are closed on Wednesdays. They had about 15 types of kimchi, as well as chojang and changja. They also offer delivery to other regions. The kimchi was easy to eat and not too sour, so it was delicious.

I was impressed by the cute grandma standing with a smile, without any aggressive soliciting like other kimchi stores, so I decided to step in. They offer a wide variety of kimchi, starting from around 500 yen for the smallest portion (which is quite generous). I was intrigued by their plum kimchi, which is not commonly found in other kimchi stores, so I decided to buy it. The taste was a perfect blend of the sweet and sour flavor of plum and the spicy kick of kimchi, very delicious. Unlike other kimchi stores, their products are neatly displayed in a showcase, so I felt reassured buying it even in the summer. I know times are tough with the pandemic, but I would love to support them and visit again. *The plum in the image was almost gone... There were easily 20-25 pieces in a 500 yen portion.
