Ordered item... Homemade fried chicken thighs
Dish... I bought it while wondering if it's the same as what Daiei sells, but the taste was not good. The apple juice didn't bring out the flavor, and honestly, it wasn't to my liking. It was a disappointing fried chicken.
[Ginger Number One Fried Chicken] This one also didn't have a clear and distinct taste, but it left a strong impression of ginger.

From Shin-Osaka, take the Midosuji Line to the second stop, Esaka Station. Checked into a business hotel after 9 pm. Esaka seems to only have chain restaurants or ramen shops for solo diners. Feeling tired, decided to just grab dinner at the supermarket. Crossed the subway viaduct and found a local supermarket called "KOHYO." Lucky find with half-priced deli bread, salad sushi roll, and shrimp mayonnaise onigiri. Oh, it's a Top Value brand. Must be related to AEON. Well, that's fine. Bought Seafood Noodles, Sauce Yakisoba, and the surprisingly tasty AEON "Twisted Fried Fish Cake." Ended up with two meals worth for only 470 yen. Of course, being an AEON brand, paid with a small change fee card.
- KOHYO's Salad Sushi Roll: A whole roll for 298 yen (bought at half price). Starting to get a bit firm but the mayo is good.
- Sauce Yakisoba: Spicy Worcestershire sauce for 88 yen, not bad.
- Shrimp Mayonnaise Onigiri: Made by Shinobu Foods. Two whole shrimp wrapped in mayo-coated rice. A rushed onigiri with no Shinobu Foods flair.
- Seafood Noodles: Good enough for 88 yen.
- Twisted Fried Fish Cake: Light texture as always. Full despite being less than a coin. Being frugal and getting fat, that's how it goes. A lonely night in a business hotel slowly fades away.
