Located on the 7th floor of a building along Kokutai Road, is One Kalbi Premium. As the elevator doors open, they lead directly to the entrance of the restaurant. Although a reservation was made, we were guided to a quiet sofa seat at the back. Being a premium restaurant, it offers a higher quality selection of meat for grilling. Instead of opting for the all-you-can-eat option, we chose to order individual items. We focused on ordering various types of meat such as kalbi, loin, and hormone, skipping vegetables and soup. We indulged in ordering the meats we wanted to eat heartily, dipping them generously in sauce and enjoying them with rice. It was a truly blissful experience.

Today, I went to a yakiniku restaurant to celebrate a senior colleague's promotion at work. Yakiniku definitely goes best with a cold beer, so I made sure to have that as well. I ended up going to the Tenjin store without checking the map, but there was actually a Tenjin-Imaizumi store just 5 minutes away... I completely got it wrong... Lesson learned, haha. I had made a reservation in advance, so I was able to get a table easily, but there were about 3 groups waiting near the entrance! We arrived around 6:30 pm, and without a reservation, the wait time would have been around 8 pm... Anyway, we sat down at our table and ordered the following course: - All-you-can-eat yakiniku course (4,048 yen) - All-you-can-drink plan (1,485 yen) I looked at the menu and decided to order these items: - (Limited time) Spicy Garlic Harami - One Kalbi - Top Harami Steak - Top Sirloin - Salted Tongue - Top Mino - Domestic beef Yakiniku top Kalbi - Garlic foil-grilled - Roast beef Yukke-style - Assorted Kimchi - Korean seaweed - Dessert (1 per person) Since I could drink alcohol after a long time, I enjoyed both beer and yakiniku in equal measure. I particularly liked the One Kalbi, which is a single piece of meat that is grilled and then cut with scissors. It seemed to retain its flavor well due to the thick cut, and the small cuts made it tender. And of course, the beer went well with it. I also ordered the limited-time Spicy Garlic Harami, but it was not as spicy or garlicky as I expected. It could have been more flavorful to complement the beer and yakiniku. We had a great time enjoying beer and meat for two hours! (We were having such a good time talking that we forgot to take many photos...) Yakiniku and beer truly make a great combination! There was a Hokkaido Fair and the sesame sauce grilled shabu-shabu, roast pork, red king crab and Hokkaido cream pasta, Hokkaido milk rich drinkable dessert were all very delicious dishes! The skirt steak was very tender and the children were also happy to eat it♪

All-you-can-eat and drink for 5,500 yen. Yes. The quality is satisfactory for this price. It would be even better if the drinks were served faster and if they made it clearer which items corresponded to the orders we placed.
